The other worker carried out a plant to customer's car. I asked a question and she disappeared for a long time. After waiting 20 minutes the first worker rang me up. She was RUDE. I asked a few question. Didn't thank me and turned around abruptly. The prices for landscaping bushes are twice as expensive and half the size of Home Depot. I will not be purchasing any of my large landscaping plants from them. Seems like if you make small purchases you are not worthy of any customer service .

He pointed us to heat n glo. We went home with the brochure. We saw the foundations fireplace and liked how big it was. The website and brochure indicated heat n glo had rerouting venting which we thought was cool. We ordered the fireplace and finally got it installed (which was a horrible experience because Mark has super unprofessional installation contacts). Once it was installed we tried to figure out where the heat came from and asked Mark who couldn't seem to figure out based on the manual. All he could say was it was a cold-touch fireplace. After 3-4 phone calls to heat n glo we found out this fireplace is aesthetics only!!!!! Mark sold us a fireplace that doesn't heat without telling us it doesn't heat. He claims he told us. He lied through his teeth. He would do anything to save his skin. He doesn't know his products and will screw your in the end. It's a tragedy people like him own businesses.
