June 15, 2026 I spoke with a…read moremaintenance man about some suspicious activity of some homeless people living in the garages on the property and people breaking into cars. The maintenance man wasn't aware of this concern. As the maintenance man investigated the garages, he noticed that this was to be a true concern. When the office opened up, I asked Stephani about an update on the findings on the claim, and she said, "We check those garages every week; that's how we came across the issue, and the people in the garages just got in there." I replied and stated that I had reported this at the beginning of the year, around Feb or March, and it wasn't because you were doing a weekly check on the garages; it was because someone had told the maintenance man she still was saying it was because of a weekly check. She had no idea it was me who alerted the maintenance man. And when the cop came and the cop said they'd been living in here for a while, how did you find out? And the maintenance guy said to the cop, "A resident told me today right in front of the assistant manager." My point is she had to tell a lie, like she's been doing her job, and by telling me that they do weekly checks every week, she had no idea that I had reported this at the beginning of the year, and I was the one who told the maintenance man. And she had an attitude like she was mad at me for reporting suspicious activity in my community, where I have been for 9 years. She did not have to lie. She could've said, "Thank you. We will look into it."

The pools are always dirty. Except when the city needs to inspected it. Besides that the Pool is dirty year round. People apparently burn their trash instead of throwing it where it belongs. You can find trash all over the complex. The front desk staff couldn't careless about your complaints. Someone got shot right in front of the apartment complex. There's always reason why the police shows up at the apartment complex. I suggest to stay far away from here! This place is not worth it.
