When they took me back, they took my bp and asked what concerns I was having. They started getting to work with what I needed and were even kind enough to give me a blanket! After a few hours and Dr. Birke's approval, I was good as new. I def. appreciate how comfortable they made me feel and their willingness to make sure things were perfect. March 2017, a tooth snapped off while eating dinner. I'm happy to have found a dentist who can see me the next day since I was in pain. He was able to temporarily glue it back until I become permanent at this new job and have insurance. Unfortunately (or fortunately) this dentist is not in my dental insurance network. Two months later, tooth fell off again. I saw a different dentist who glued it back. Thereafter, I visited the oral surgeon to whom they referred me. They were good, but inside me says that I should get a second opinion. Dental office #3, I went to see last month, August 2017. This office was almost great but the insurance/finance gal frustrated me. Not sure whether she really knows what she's doing. Needless to say, I decided to see Dental office #4, Brookwood Dental Center. It's as if I have been "dating" guys who are "nice" but gave no spark, I think I found "The One." Dr. Stegmann did not make me feel as if I'm just "squeezed" between VIP patients. I could sense that he heard me -- me, as a competent person; me, as one who is asking for a caring help. I also sensed his labor over my dilemma (ie costs) versus what is good for my dental health. And he courteously acknowledged the pleasure of meeting me before he exited the room. It felt sincere and not a perfunctory gesture. Then Lisa, the insurance/finance person, came in with her customary papers. I had to stop her after a few minutes, to tell her how comfortable she made me feel and how I appreciate her gentle, knowledgeable, caring presentation of the plan costs. Her want to meet my (financial) concerns is palpable! She was not just pointing out how much I need to cough up. She met me in a way as if she's there to help me afford "this." It was a breath of fresh air to meet one like Lisa, doing her job, with the attitude of wanting to help and be helpful. As I mentioned earlier, like dating, I may have found the Dental Office that I want to continue to see. I am now hopeful that I could once again have a long-term relationship with my DMD and his staff. Thank you Lisa, Jessica and Dr. Stegmann for the pleasant visit.

He…read moreis kind and caring and has helped get us get in immediately when we've had a tooth emergency. Growing up I was always afraid of going to the dentist but my children enjoy going. I am so grateful to him and his technicians who make the visit as pleasant as possible. Just be aware the parking situation is not the most user friendly and sometimes there are long wait times as Dr. Farmer does get emergency people in at times. Bring a book or something to entertain you and your children, he is worth it.

One of my front two teeth were filled by Dr. Farmer which lasted 10 years. Once one of the new crew filled it, it broke or chipped at least 5 times in different places when I was eating regular foods only a few weeks later. Once Dr. Spring herself fixed it, it has chipped even more, stained terribly, they worked on a tooth that did not need it, really bad experience.

Throughout the many years my family has been treated like members of a 'greater family'. Dr Phan provides caring advice and her diagnosis has always been spot on. Dr.Phan recently helped with a loose tooth. Both doctors have excellent knowledge and great tool skills. They are always friendly, respectful, and very helpful. My wife and both kids were also treated there and it has been equally great. It is a Quality shop. MVD has clean and nice rooms (since the expansion) Their equipmenty is well maintained, and have taken advantage of technology updates. They've always worked with my different health plans. (Jobs, retirement and now MEDICARE.) The office staff works hard to arrange & coordinate associative services (Like my oral surgeon) Their communication is spot on with text and email reminders. Probably the best part for me is that I can relax in the chair with little to no stress. The techs have good technique and soft hands. I always feel great after cleanings. After the extraction, an implant was added. Dr. Adis was so gentle and patient removing the tooth. He took all the time he needed.
