He was able to select the service we wanted and paid for it all online. We brought him straight to the funeral home from the vets. The facility treated us with compassion and respect. I understand some people would not go to the lengths we did to lay our fur baby to rest, but we requested a private cremation. They were able to accommodate us and allowed us to witness. They cremated and processed our baby in a timely manner. We didn't request any personalization for his urn, so we were able to get him on the same day he was cremated. I don't wish for any pet parent to go through losing their beloved fur babies, but Family Pals did an amazing job. I highly recommend them for laying your pet to rest.

Befor you leave your dog here make sure you're ok that they spend all day in a kennel full of barking dogs After speaking with you the other day I was excited to see your Kennel facility and as I was driving up your driveway yesterday I was even more excited as it seemed like a great place for the dogs. The two girls at the counter were very nice and one of them gave me the tour. The dogs were all in their kennels barking like crazy. Some were jumping and able to see the next kenneled dogs and they were viciously barking at each other. I couldn't understand why the dogs were not able to be outside on a mild day like yesterday. There were dogs that were clearly scared, and this really touched my heart. The fact that the kennels do not have high separation between the dogs makes it very unruly. You have two employees that are at the desk talking to each other and not interacting with the dogs. As I was given the tour I was told the dogs went out 4 times a day for about 20 min for pee breaks. What about play time and nurture time? It looked worse than the shelters. These two employees should be outside with the dogs (in intervals) most of the time ,except for probably an afternoon siesta and then at 7pm for nighttime. I advised the young lady that I could not bring my dogs here. You have an amazing place , and could do so much for these dogs. If you were able to upgrade your facility, you would be able to charge more and people would feel comfortable leaving thier dogs at Kondo Kennel. Maybe also have employees that enjoy being with dogs. The other girl there rolled her eyes at me and told me it was very loud back there. Practically every kennel was full, and every dog there was in thier kennel. They do not have enough stimulation to go in their kennel and sleep. From 10a to 2pm that's a long time for these dogs to be in a kennel. Do the owners of these dogs know this?? I wanted to email you first instead of yelping. This has really touched me.

We have NEVER seen an aggressive bone in this girls body since she was 6 weeks old . They also put a leash around her neck even though she clearly is wearing a chest harness due to having a collapsed trachea. I would not trust that they care well for the pets left in their care and I wish I had seen a current review prior to leaving my fur babies here ... I think the old Reviews that were five star reflect the precious operators of this kennel - and not the current owners... beware ...

Alyssa is nothing short of amazing!! We have 2 extremely needy sphynx cats that are our literal…read morebabies. We both work from home so they're very used to having us around all day. We needed to leave town and of course leaving them was giving me major anxiety. I particularly was looking for a pet sitter that was available to do overnights and do their 3x/day feedings. I was impressed starting from the first meeting we had with Alyssa. She came prepared with a questionnaire and noted every little detail about each cat. Their likes, dislikes, feeding schedule, favorite toys, etc.... I really appreciated that as each of our cats are very different. And I also saw how well she interacted with them during that first meeting. Communication with her has been stellar. Alyssa takes the most amazing photos & sent lots of video updates too. Especially for someone like me who was a nervous wreck leaving them- getting constant updates from her really put my mind at ease. Any time I would check in- she would respond right away. One of our cats in particular is shy with strangers and I was worried that she wouldn't eat while we were gone. I gave Alyssa some recommendations as to how to coax her to eat and Alyssa was so patient with her and kept trying everything she can. And Alyssa was able to get her to eat every meal! I can tell that she was trying to do whatever she can so to make sure our cats were happy and comfortable (which they were!). Alyssa was also very respectful of our home. Even though she spent 3 days at our place- you wouldn't even know! She stripped the sheets, towels, & asked if there's anything else she can do so to make our arrival less stressful. Litter boxes/surrounding areas were spotless! She took amazing care of our home (and for people that are borderline ocd clean- that means a lot). I can't recommend her enough! Will definitely be using Alyssa the next time we need a pet sitter. P.S. She also happens to be the sweetest and has a very calming energy which I know pets gravitate toward.

It's obvious that they really love animals of all kinds. They are totally trustworthy, responsive, and keep us up to date of any issues that may come up. They are so sweet to our babies, and they even spoil them with treats and toys. Can't recommend them enough.
