Best burgers in town! Hot and freshly made, chargrilled too. The atmosphere is kind of like a hometown bar and grill. Staff is friendly.

We came for the Bluebonnet pizza which was delicious. However, the service and other entrees were awful.

Unfortunately, I won't have that luxury. It was my first time in North Little Rock and after a little research, I was excited about visiting. The lackluster experience made me wish I could come back for a do over. You couldn't choose a better location and the ambience was exactly what you expect from an upscale cigar lounge. Big screen televisions adorned exposed brick walls and oversized chairs offer plenty of seating. The humidor offers a decent selection of cigars and there's a full bar in the back... the back. I think this is where it falls apart for me. All of the reviews I read bragged about the bar and from the pictures, it looked pretty enticing. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see it because it sits behind a speakeasy style bookcase entrance that is marked "private". As a member of a lounge, I can appreciate exclusivity and an experience that feels elevated. However... it would have been nice to at least been invited to see the private area, especially since the bar literally lives there. Imagine having a huge selection of spirits and regulating non-regulars to a menu that doesn't include the selection! Don't get me wrong, I had a decent old fashioned but I have no idea what kind of bourbon was used. I take full responsibility. I should have asked but it would have been nice to be invited. I made it known when I walked in that it was my first visit and the gentleman that helped me was friendly. After more research, I learned that there is a fee for temporary access to the private area at the owner's discretion. I would have gladly paid - if I was offered. I know this review is all over the place, but that's the experience I had. It was far from horrible but definitely not what it could have been. I think it's worth a visit and I encourage you to have a cigar and an old fashioned. I would advise you ASK for a tour - it probably won't be offered.

This was a Grade A experience! I enjoyed every bit of my experience at The Culture and would come…read moreback when I'm in town again. We didn't eat anything as they don't serve food but my friend and I both had a Tonic Water with Lime with our cigars and watched the March Madness games on tv. The kicker was that there was a second side of it which is the speakeasy and private club area which I'm definitely a sucker for. The vibe inside was amazing and it didn't take much square footage to accomplish this for their patrons. Great black owned business and experience if you're in supporting the black community. Plus the cigar selection is not overwhelming but it's all premium quality.

Great food, even better name Was a little skeptical when I…read moresaw the name and pulled up into the parking lot, however, was not disappointed. The catfish was amazing. Probably the best I've ever eaten in Arkansas definitely worth the stop. It's not the prettiest café in town, but I can promise you it's worth it.!!

I feel we made a good choice coming to Nooner's. 1st of all they had a larger parking lot, which I was able to turn around with my F150 & long trailer. 2nd they had restrooms a little small but when your traveling it is always nice to find a restroom. 3rd we tried the food and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, quanity and taste of the catfish I ordered. I felt what we paid for a 3 piece catfish meal was reasonable. The catfish & fries i ordered were freshly cooked and very hot. I took it to go and found the portion was plentiful that I had a snack for down the road. The fries were perfectly cooked and nicely seasoned. Very pleased. We also got the stuffed pepper(6 small pieces) appetizer, good taste but not worth what they charge for them. As I waited for our food the 2 milkshake we ordered were made. I did notice that they poured the excess milkshake in a sink what a waste. for the price they charge $8 for 16oz. They could have just put it in a slightly larger cup and I would have felt better for what they charged (considering they still paid for the wasted product), like they use to do in the days gone by, but when you have children running your store they have no ability to think about the perception from the customer. If management bothers reading these reviews maybe they can address this. next time thru maybe you can turn a 4 star review into a 5 star review. its the little things in life that make the difference........
