However, because of the uniqueness of this place, we just had to try. We aren't built for the Beer Bath that allows you to sample all 18 beers on tap. Instead, we opted for the flight which was more than enough for us. I'll be honest... I can't tell the difference at all between the different beers. Nevertheless, that speaks more to my inexperienced beer palate. The four taps that we got were all tasty and lasted us through the meal. For starter, we got the fried cauliflower. Crispy exterior that made our daily veggie intake that much more delicious. Paired very well with ranch. For main, I got Rose's Burger. The bacon jam provided a good amount of sweetness that was balanced by some of the spice from the pepperjack cheese and the savoriness of the burger itself. My mom got the reuben sandwhich. It was standard. My dad got the steak sandwich - it's basically a philly cheese. I thought it was particularly good especially since they use beer cheese made in-house. It was dark and our table wasn't really set up for service: there was no night lamp on the table to read the menu and it took forever to get napkins and silverware. We ordered hamburgers, fries and beer. Food was meh. Fries were cold and burger was mediocre at best. We still left a significant tip bc we truly talking w/our server, a Hot Springs local, who ultimately made our experience pleasant. It's nice to sit outside on the patio if the weather is nice. Indoors is loud.
