In today's market, if you want to even be considered for a house, you not only need to be approved but you better have plenty of cash in hand unless you want to fight an uphill battle. Unfortunately, my husband and I were dealing with that battle. Because we didn't have 20% down we were working with an FHA loan which is great except it doesn't impress banks that are trying to get rid of the foreclosed properties. Holly was very knowledgable about how to work with these banks. She helped us to negotiate the acceptance and processing of the transaction which was no easy feat. She worked work us, the seller and the lender to knock down any obstacles. In addition, Holly is very familiar with the loan modification process. If you need to modify your loan give her a call! I was contacted back fairly quickly by phone though I had mentioned that I wanted a response back by email due to the fact that I work long hours and do not answer my cell phone at work. I then got a text message from someone stating that they were contacting me from the agency and when was a good time for them to follow up. I explained that I would like to see pictures of the inside and more information especially lot rent since it was a mobile home. It has been well over 2 weeks and still no response from anyone, pictures or more information. Not really a good first impression for a realty agency. Customer service speaks alot. Especially considering you're on commission. Will not ever buy a house through your agency.
