As he had 5 stars, and responds to each review, I appreciated the pride he has in his business. Arrived to be met by Bobby in a very nice facility. We reviewed our expectation and he went to work. Bobby communicated any concerns and the wash and wax exceeded expectations making our 2011 RV look like a newer unit. I just bought a car from Carvana (do not recommend. It was terrible) and the car needed a good detail and really needed a good wax. I looked on yelp and Cedar Pete's kept coming up so I figured I would give them a try and I'm happy I did! The staff was very nice when I dropped off my car at 8am. I got a text at 3:30pm letting me know my car was done. After paying and looking over my car the owner came out and talked to me about my car in a way that really made me feel like he was extremely passionate about his customers cars and genuinely wanted any car that came though Cedar Pete's to look the best it could. Just left there. I paid $40 for the "Cedar Pete's Special". I left with no receipt and a dirty Truck. Nasty on the Front, Rear, Tonneau, Wheels, and windshield. When I complained, the manager just shrugged and said"that's all we can do". I'll tell you what I can do: I'll never do business with them again. Screw me once, shame on you. Still had bug smears on car, spots were clearly missed on the back on on passenger side door. I took my car here for a relatively basic wash and an inside clean out. The outside of the car looked fine but the inside was terrible. It looked like they basically ran the floor mats through water and vacuumed up the floors a bit. There was dirt and mud all on the car inside of the car and the seats. We are car dealers visiting Greenville from NY. We had a couple cars we picked up while we were in town (2014 Chevy Captiva and 1987 IROC-Z Camaro) that needed a detail/buffing. I contacted a couple places prior to contacting Robert. He responded right away with a very reasonable quote for what we needed done, so we decided to bring them to him! We specialize in classic/specialty vehicles, so we're very particular about where we will bring our cars to be serviced. After talking to Robert, we felt assured that he would take great care of our cars. He was extremely knowledgable and professional. He and his son did an amazing job with both of the cars and even kept one of our vehicles overnight so we didn't have to drive it back in the rain! Our 30-year-old Camaro looks like a brand new car just out of the assembly line! I can't believe how the paint shines after their hand wax. The Captiva was a flood car that had also been smoked in, it was pretty smelly and had a few stains in the seats. There were even dirty spots on the doors that I honestly didn't think could come out. Amazing experience! First of all, this car wash is unique because it offers self service and full service. The car wash itself has a very thorough washing ability, and I could tell the outside of my car was clean by going through it. I ordered the premium full service (not sure if that's what it's called but the $33 option). I had an entire bottle of bourbon spill in the carpet of my back seat, and was looking for some help with cleaning and the smell. When I pulled up, the gentleman called his manager to assist me in purchasing a carpet shampoo. Overall I spent $58 for an entire car clean inside and out, with shampooing and extractions. It took 35 minutes max, and I got to walk to the swamp rabbit cafe for a refreshment. Once I returned to my car, it was immaculate and smelled very clean and fresh. The owner also gave me some tips on how to further eradicate the bourbon smell. 10/10 recommend this efficient, thorough, friendly service to anyone who needs vehicle cleaning or detailing! My truck is always very clean when I come out and their staff is friendly and awesome. They also offer monthly memberships if you want to do washes regularly, with many different pricing options. A big five stars for CP car wash. Full service or exterior only they rock. I usually don't go to car washes because they never do as good a job as I can but my car was a mess after being on the road for three days and I found myself near Pete's and was really just looking for a rinse off. They really worked on my car though, pre-scrubbing the grill for bugs and the wheels for grime. I can truly say they did an excellent job and almost, almost as good a job as me ;-) Well worth it and excited about getting a car wash here every time I am in town. read more

Lack of communication in what i was recieving. I come in to the car wash atleast every two weeks, I always have pet hair in tbe car and was never told to purchase a higher plan or saw an option too. The guy told me i should have purchased it but he would get it. I aplogised and attempted to compinsate in a higher tip. They finished in under 10 minutes and didnt even touch the back seat. I would have prefered them tell me to pay extra instead of say they would do it and dont. Also not good customer service when the manager says i havent had my car washed in months when i have and i have gone to his car wash. Do not go here. read more

e used Cedar Pete's a number of times, and have always been very pleased. This time, I was quite disappointed. The exterior/automatic part was fine, but when I exited, I watched four or five employees ignore me, leaving me sitting there not knowing which cleaning station to pull up to (and there was only one vehicle ahead of me). I beeped a few times, was STILL ignored until I leaned on the horn for several seconds. After they were "done" cleaning the car, I asked if the tires had been done. At first I was told yes, they were. When I pointed to the tires that I could see - the two on the driver's side - the employee said, " Oh, I did the other two; guess I missed this side." Before leaving, I took a quick look insde and the back seat has just about the same amount of dog hair as it did before I brought the car in! When I brought it to a different employee's attention, she did the back seat and the rear deck ( which I also had to specifically request). Oh, and this was the "Ultimate Wash" I'd paid for.
