They asked about my past experiences with other dentists and whether I had any pain or concerns. Right away, they explained what I needed to do to ease discomfort and keep my teeth healthy. The office itself is very clean, including the rooms and cubicles. I was also surprised when they took pictures of my teeth with a camera--it was really helpful to see everything live on the screen, like cavities or other issues.
