Billing and service and repairs all different departments, calls get transferred to other dept and no one answers. No credits for down time. If you're a rural customer, Your stuck with them, and they know it,, there is NO DSL or other service providers. SERVICE is EXPENSIVE and SERVICE POOR.

Such a help! No waiting until I can find time to "take in my computer". Both of them (Thank God) were willing to work with my mother on her computer and printers issues.
