We had remembered what a great job Enders had done on my laptop and immediately went to see Kay. She said that hackers hide in places and could get in again any time. Long story short she took all my files off and cleaned them and reinstalled. She also makes a back up of originals so nothing gets lost. She made me feel at ease when I thought I lost something very important, she new where it was all the time. She really cares for her customers and give 150%. Had we remembered that four years ago what a terrific job they did on lap top we would have saved $150 we gave to the "other guy". We will never forget ENDER! Kay and Jeremy are the best!

Dylan helped me pick out a new CPU cooler with the information I gave him through emails about my system and what I used it for and with all that knowledge he found a good fit for my rig, we had a lot of back and forth communication to make sure everything would work. I dropped my PC off along with the new part and Dylan went to work and fixed it for me. Price for all the work was very reasonable and I'm happy with the work that was done, enough to where I actually made a Yelp account to write a review. I've been back to gaming on my PC again today and my core temps have been great so my problem was solved thanks to the work. I certainly know where I will go for future PC work and when I decide to build a new PC.

Such a help! No waiting until I can find time to "take in my computer". Both of them (Thank God) were willing to work with my mother on her computer and printers issues. Adam was super patient and broke details down to her level. (He even took calls from my techie brother who live 15 hrs away to explain what was going on and with his help were able to recover some of her "missing" information.) They've recovered data we thought was completely lost. have great computer upgrades recommendations and access to some great deals. They can buy your computer for you, load everything, and deliver it ready for you to work! No hassles or download/upload issues with software and all that stuff I need to work but don't understand HOW to make it happen. Toshia's advice is always appreciated and her talent is crazy good. And her accomplishments are inspiring, plus she is always smiling when I see her. They are just the sort of people you can trust and communicate easily with, even on IT issues I don't know how to explain - they get it!
