Saw them at a local expo and needed feeders and egg cartons for my dubia colony... I was beyond disgusted once I got started putting the cartons in... they were dirty, USED [like still had dubia pieces within them] annnnnd had LIVE beetles, im assuming they were red flour beetles or something of the sort.. either way UNACCEPTABLE for a business to be selling items of this standard. Saw them at a show, No only were the animals in janky cages, but my bf and I bought a bunny who died the same day. Vet told us she hadn't eaten in weeks. In the report below they documented they hadn't eaten in at least a day. Poor customer service- i had to wait 3 days for a refund via zelle. my friend called up to this place before we even left (keep in mind we live over an hour away!) to make sure they had rats & that they were in great condition! they even asked us if we were keeping it as a pet and we said yes. they reassured her numerous times that the rat was healthy and kept in good condition. We pulled up to the place and it was the size of a 1bedroom home with animals shoved in cages that were to small for them. stacked on top of each other. the rats were kept behind the counter in a plastic container in shelves , this container contained atleast 10 rats (boys and girls) mixed together. they let us pick out the rat we wanted and once again they reassured us the rat was healthy and would make a great pet! we believed them and proceeded to purchase the rat. the rat seemed okay in the car ride home but was still very nervous and scared it seemed like so we didn't think anything of it. we got home and the rat completely declined. then she was okay again. then finally she was gone. the very next day, our other female rat got sick! we woke up to her almost dead.....from pneumonia! this isn't the first time this has happened with these people before either apparently because I finally was able to see the reviews and 2 other people got rats from there, one getting 10 rats for feeding purposes and couldn't even feed their snakes because the rats had pneumonia! the second one was a girl who got a bunny as a pet and it had pneumonia & died the exact same day! this place is selling sick animals just to make some extra cash!!!!! Saw them at a show this weekend. His animals had no food or water. Its bad enough being sold as snake food, but can't even take care of them while they are alive. One guinea pig had a sore on her face. Guinea pigs have fast digestive systems and need food accessible at all times or their guts will shut down. These people should not own a pet store or be allowed around animals. The rabbits, mice and rats also had no water or food. Absolutely disgusting people running this store. read more

Spent $700 shipping Superworms with this company for 2 packages. One of the packages was never delivered. Tracking showing 6 hours away from my house. Told the owner and she would not send me a replacement even though the item was never delivered still to this day. Opened a Paypal claim against them only to find out friends and family payments have no type of protection. They charge you an extra 10% if you do not check out friends and family. So on a $700 order, I did not want to pay $70 extra. I didn't understand at the time they were trapping me. Paypal logs that money as a gift... Would you feel scammed? I should have look at this companies reviews beforehand, that was my mistake. There are negative reviews all over FB review boards and reptile boards warning about them and how they lie to cover up what's going on. If you are taking the time to read this please don't get ripped off as my family did. Shop somewhere with better reviews. read more

I love this pet shop. The people at the shop are very nice and very personable. They carry African Soft Furred Rats "ASFs"! This is a preferred food by my pythons, especially ball pythons. No one else seems to carry them. They have very reasonable prices and have any feeder item you need. I like looking at all the exotic animals they have. I get all of my frozen and live feeders from them. If you are looking for very cool and rare tarantulas, lizards or tortoises, this place is worth checking out! My wife and I have red foot tortoises and these people have helped save one of ours with some good advice. They are very knowledgeable on these fascinating creatures! The animals are actually very well cared for. I did not see any issues with animal's care. read more

I will never return here. The poor animals live in deplorable conditions. Rabbits packed into a little cage...hamsters and gerbils piled on top of one another.....dirty cages. Sad for these little creatures to live this way. Some cages don't even have food or water. A disgrace. read more
