I was transferred to James who assisted me with getting a quote for Auto + Renters insurance coverage. The whole interaction was simple, straight-forward, and was completed during my commute home. I had received multiple quotes from AllState, Costco's American Family program, and Farmers, along with this State Farm quote. This State Farm premium was the cheapest with higher and more comprehensive coverage. James answered my questions with detailed knowledge offering suggestions on coverages based on my driving history and current needs. It was one of the most pleasant and informed conversations I have had with any insurance company. I made an appointment with Joe and my partner and I met with him. I was very impressed with how thorough he is and how much he knows about insurance, coverage types, common pitfalls, etc. He was very low pressure. Joe was fully prepared for our appointment, he had all of the documents together, he went over all of the options and explained all the pros and cons of each type and level of coverage. He has his office near the Kirkland Post Office and works with his son. I was very impressed with his professional demeanor and his domain expertise.
