Those holding the Happy Shuttle sign notified the driver, who arrived w/in 10 minutes for our journey to our resort. Upon arrival, we chose a pick up time for our hotel pick up at the end of our vacation. Later, after thinking about it, I wanted an earlier time (just in case). I messaged them and they quickly responded and said changing the time was no problem. On the day of pick up, they arrived 10 minutes early and we got to the airport without any worries. Both trips, we had booked a private shuttle. Each time we had a nice van with more than enough room. Price was extremely reasonable as far as I was concerned. If we do ever go back to Cancun, I wouldn't hesitate booking them again.

I was told there were no other drivers and no flexibility the entire day which to me doesn't sound normal. While I understand policies exist, good companies know when to make exceptions. A partial refund or even an effort to find an alternative solution would have made a big difference. If you're truly that busy, partnering with another service should be an option. One or 2 calls could be make to make a customer happy Instead, there was zero effort to accommodate the situation. We had to wait for your drivers because you said there was an accident by the airport earlier when we arrived. This was booked by my brother, but I normally use another company USA Transfer & my experience they are more customer friendly. A side note we were staying in Club Med 17 min ride to Airport & for sure where many of their drivers drive thru, If they wanted to assist in anyway.

We also requested that they simply stop at the hotel on the way to the airport, and they flatly refused to add it as a stop. Despite the hotel being only 7 minutes from the airport, they demanded an additional $65, claiming it was a "new service." This was unreasonable, especially since we were not asking for a separate trip, only a stop along the existing route--not to go to the airport first and then be taken to the hotel. The driver was not the issue at all--drivers are clearly restricted and monitored by GPS. The problem lies entirely with the reservation staff, who were rigid, unhelpful, and unwilling to offer any solution. They even claimed that no manager was available, which is both inexcusable and highly questionable during peak season. This was an overpriced, inflexible, and poorly managed service that added stress to an already difficult travel situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting reasonable customer service or flexibility.

This is a massive undertaking (an Odessyan journey of sorts) but they are on time and reliable beyond belief. They will confirm with you through Whatsapp the day before but if you are nervous like me they will confirm your reservations at any time. At Cancun airport they were there with my name on a sign and then it's a 2 hour drive to the ferry to the island. The drivers will stop if you want to eat or use the bathroom. Then they walk you to the ferry, which runs until 9:00 pm. They give you the ferry tickets and then when the ferry arrives at the island they have a golf cart there again to pick you up. Super coordinated. When we left the island, the taxi was at the hotel right on time and took our photos for the shuttle driver waiting for us at the ferry landing.

Fantastic Organization!…read more This is a business owned by Chuy and he provides Top Notch Service. Everyone with his organization is Professional & Friendly. First, he provides transport from Cancun Airport to Isla Hotbox hotels. Its not an easy trip, given that its 1 1/2 hours from airport to Chiquila, where you catch the ferry and then a golf cart taxi takes you to the hotel. But when you order his service, its all taken care of. At every stop, there was a driver with a sign with our names on it and they took care of our luggage and our tickets every step of the way. Kudos to our drivers, Daniel & Freddie. As if that wasn't enough, we decided to give one of his tours a try to Chichen Itza and it was an INCREDIBLE experience. Chuy makes sure they pull out all the best stops. Our driver, Mario, was wonderful (we had him make stops for Coffe & Tequila Distillery, even though, it wasn't in the plans). First, we had a fantastic guide at the Chichen Itza ruins. Pepe was friendly, funny and knowledgable. Then, we had a Beautiful & Refreshing stop at the Cenote. Next, we had a delicious stop of authentic Mayan tacos in a little shack (YUM!). We couldn't believe how much we were able to cram into one day. Our friends did a Whale Shark tour in the summer and it wasn't the right season for us to do it, but we were so jealous of their experience that we're talking about going back. Also, was able to book transfers online (awesome!) and use Paypal to pay for everything. Bar None, this has been one of my favorite tour experiences around the world.

Once you get your ticket you go to the waiting area until your ferry arrives. When you are about to board the ferry, you have to scan the ticket. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET THIS TICKET WET OR TO LOSE IT. Or else you will have to pay again. The ride is about a half hour and it's beautiful. The ferry has indoor and outdoor seating. There was a man singing during our ride and afterwards he did ask for a tip. You will always be offered to take a catamaran, to go snorkeling, to rent a golf cart, etc.

This is when Nassim showed us he was more than a tour guide , he is a phenomenal private chef. He was extremely patient with us as we attempted to follow his lead as he showed us how to prepare the dishes. HIs knife skills are amazing and his use of seasonings is spot on. Nassim showed us how to make authentic corn tortillas for chicken enchiladas along with the red sauce , handmade sopas for chicken sopas and an amazing guacamole . Nassim and the La parilla staff treated us to delicious margaritas while the food was cooking. When the food was almost finished cooking, we assisted Nassim in plating the meal and we sat down with him to eat. Nassim excused himself towards the end of the meal to finish making the arroz con leche, which is a delicious rice dessert he served us. In conversation I had mentioned we were in Mexico to celebrate my birthday. Nassim , very thoughtfully and unexpectedly, had a slice of birthday cake brought to me as he and the restaurant staff sung happy birthday to me at the end of the class.
