At first I loved coming here. I felt great after each adjustment with Dr. Dana. One time Dr Dana was out of town so I had Dr Mike. He's nice, but he was a lot stronger than Dr Dana and when I left I was in more pain than when I came. I first thought it was just my back being sore from the stronger adjustment, but it never went away. It actually got worse. The pain was in my lower back and hips. It got to the point I couldn't walk without it killing me, so I had to go to the doctor and they couldn't do much. Since then I've been having lower back/hip issues. This was about 3 months ago, and I immediately stopped going. They are really nice though and I would return again, I'm just afraid of having more problems... read more

I was having horrible pain in my neck and arm on and off for weeks. One day it was so bad that I didn't know what to do and many friends and coworkers recommended I see a chiropractor. I had never seen a chiropractor before and wasn't even sure of what they did but the pain was so bad that I would try anything. What a great idea that was! I requested an appointment asking if they could see me that day and Dr. Mike emailed me and said yes. I drove straight there where he gave me an X-ray and talked about my pain. Dr. Mike believed it was a pinched nerve in my neck. Right then he started working on me and I've gone regularly since then once or twice a week. It's been a great experience from start to finish. So I had never been to a chiropractor in my life, but after a friend suggested I go see one because of my horrible back pain and posture during my pregnancy, I decided to do a quick search on Yelp and find somebody local. I called a few offices and asked if they worked with pregnancy aches and pains and no one made me feel comfortable and confident in their abilities other than Rachel who is part of the staff at Celar. She answered all of my questions about insurance and chiropractic health during pregnancy and Dr. Dana's qualifications, I was excited to book my first appointment. Rachel is just amazing, from her professionalism to how comforting she is by just greeting you and talking to you, I absolutely love her! My first appointment when I met Dr. Dana, I was surprised because she was so much fun to talk to. I didn't think I could find a doctor who could do amazing work and still be such a pleasure to be around. She did an initial adjustment and explained what her care plan was for me. Everything sounded reasonable and I felt amazing leaving the office after that initial adjustment. Later on in my pregnancy I found out that my baby was in a transverse position and luckily Dr. Dana is qualified in the Webster technique which allowed her to adjust me every week until the baby flipped and was head down in time for delivery. It was unbelievable how it all worked with seeing her regularly and the progress of the baby, all without medications or crazy medical procedures - I'm a believer! Aside from how amazing Dr. Dana is at being a chiropractor, I have to say she is one cool person as well. She's a professional, wife, mother and full of life and she does it all with a smile. When I see her and talk to her, it gives me inspiration with my own life trying to get through grad school while being a mom of two. I'm going to be seeing her regularly, as are my two little ones. Celar Chiropractic gets 5 starts in my book!! I took my daughter to see Dr. Dana because she was very congested for the longest period of time. Dr. Dana was amazing with my 5 year old daughter and really made me understand what was going on. When we left her office we bought a humidifier like she suggested and between her adjustment and the humidifier Dr. Dana made my daughter better in 24 hours! She was so sweet and wonderful with kids! After going through a less than wonderful experience with a chiropractor in 2000, I was apprehensive about receiving any type of assistance from another chiropractor. However, after experiencing rib, back and soft tissue pain for months, my primary care physician recommended that I see a chiropractor. The recommendation wasn't for just anyone, but specifically for the doctors at Celar Chiropractic! Dr. Celar is certified in pre-natal chiropractic care and is extremely well-known and popular amongst doctors and midwives throughout the area. Dr. Celar is truly amazing. Her kindness and ability to make you feel comfortable is outstanding and she definitely set my mind at ease. She explained EVERYTHING she was doing and EVERYTHING she found out during the consultation/adjustment process. She understood my previous worries and my current pain tolerance issues and did everything possible to ensure that I was comfortable physically and mentally. Not many doctors take time with their patients, but she took time and had incredible patience with me. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed warmly. I have had intense, chronic pain for years, but the adjustment experience was pleasant and felt amazing. There is no doubt that soreness took over a bit awhile after leaving, but this is normal and she even explained this during our visit. Needless to say, I am going back in just a few days to do it all again! The office staff is incredibly helpful and kind as well, making the overall experience a very positive one. I was not excessively thrilled with having to find a new chiropractor after my old one moved her practice, but since I was experiencing a lot of stiffness and my 4 year old was having trouble sleeping, I decided it was time. She has seen a chiro before, but the difference with Dr. Dana was that she went out of her way to make my daughter feel comfortable in the office and got her to be relaxed while being adjusted, which is no easy feat for a kid who is not a fan of doctors, dentists and such! The staff also did a wonderful job of looking into my health insurance and coming up with a treatment plan that fit our health and financial needs, as well. They spent over an hour with me addressing all my concerns, pains, and talked with me about the process of treatment. Most places I have been to get you in and out in ten minutes!
