Beware of hidden costs for private viewings. I had a wonderful time renting out a theatre for Valentine's Day, which made a great (albeit expensive) date. I booked a month in advance and coordinated it with celebration, receiving two confirmation emails that we were all set to go. A week before, the coordinator informed me that despite the two communications I received that we were all set, I would need to purchase the movie for the screening. I asked if the price I was paying could be adjusted by $15 (or $15 credit) to cover the cost of the film but she said no. My only complaint was not the cost, it was the fact that I got two confirmations and already held it with my credit card before I was informed there would be extra cost to me in purchasing the movie. Overall I would suggest renting a theatre but beware of hidden costs if you pick a film that is not on their list.

Definite 5 stars for the Tuesday $5 movie specials. - 1 star for the low volume during the film. Really had a tough time hearing the dialogue at times. This place is coming on up with the new expanded menu a la GR's Celebration Cinema with a full bar! Also first theater I've been to with self-serve sodas. The addition of reclining seats have decreased the number of seats in each theater, but I've never encountered a full house. Oh! Check their websites because they'll also have movies for $5 on Sundays and Tuesdays in addition to free movies for kids during some months. Tickets are available for advance purchase online for an additional fee.

While it isn't cheap to go to Celebration Cinema, as a special treat I must admit I love it. Their customer service really makes the experience. The food actually gets delievered to your seat, which makes for more of a relaxed experience. I love the chairs and the huge screen, the snack selection is large and they actually have a menu that includes acohol. My husband got a burger and fries which he enjoyed and the fries, which I tried, were so good I might get one next time I come. I recommend coming here if you have cash to spend. It's a fun experience, even if you only do it once.

This was a cute movie theater. Plenty of parking spots out front. The staff was very helpful in getting me my ticket and getting me signed up for the rewards program. You choose your seat before going in. Just to note, often they'll have you buy your tickets right at the concession stand. Didn't realize this at first. There was a bar with alcohol but I didn't get anything there. The movie theater itself was clean and small. But the sound and picture quality were exactly what I was looking for. Seats recline and a leg rest comes out with the push of a button. And a nice touch to the place was movie quotes on each theater corresponding to the theater number. Kinda cute. Overall I'd come back to watch another movie here!

Although doesn't look that great on the outside, inside is very well kept and in great condition.

Clean and good screens and newer seating but the prices are outrageous. Hardly ever use this theater without a discount coupon of some sort.

They added a bar and extra seating. The movie theater only had about 40 seats but they are all leather reclining chairs. I'm impressed!

The first thing you notice is that they use the space very well. You walk into it and there's a refreshment area with a few options at very reasonable prices. After that there's some merchandise for sale as well. Once you go into the theater there's lots of available seating around. It's a black box style theater, with the audience pretty close to the stage, which is nice. The performance itself was top notch! Clybourne Park was funny & poignant, with a minimalist stage. The acting really brought all the characters to life. The theater seems to be doing a lot of great things for the community. They have a camp for kids in the summer and Paul, the stage director seems to have a promising vision for the future of the space. Can't wait to see what's in store for this theater in the years to come.
