They really advertise for a much better experience than what is given in reality, including "on-Site and Transportation to and from the venue," which means that if equipment breaks down (and it did) that you are left waiting to pile onto a bus whenever they can get one to your guests. Walking into the space, all I could see was an awful slab floor. It looked as if they were still in renovation stage or something. Just awful. Your guests get one little coat rack that looks as if they bought it online, and it's in a back hallway as you make your way to the restrooms. It's a cramped space and I wonder why this place was so poorly built, but then I remembered what I call the 'benefactor factor,' and it became more and more clear. The only way that this place becomes "gorgeous," as it's been referred to in other posts, is if you spend a ton of money with a trained event professional (outside and separate cost, of course) to beautify it. Otherwise, you have a small room with a slab floor to work with. The only redeeming quality of the place is the outside deck.

First off, Amy, the catering manager, did everything she could to serve us in a short notice, even though they had other wedding that day. We met with her and got an in-person menu explanation, then taste testing with the chef, Matt. He was so knowledgeable about what meals travelled well and when my husband didn't like the topping on the chicken (since he doesn't like mushrooms, even though I LOVE mushrooms), the chef was willing to switch the sauce with the one we both loved. Highly recommend their sirloin and airline chicken! The week of the event, Amy and her assistant came out to my private resident venue (yes - my covid venue) and scoped out the best spot for the buffet line and serving stations. She dropped off the linens for us prior too and was willing to pick them up after the event was done. On the day of the wedding, Amy offered to get my husband and I our plates so we didn't have to stress about waiting in line! HOW AWESOME! Seriously they went above and beyond. My husband and I were looking for a beautiful venue with historic charm, & we were blessed to find this gem so close to home! Spending the morning at Venue3Two as we prepared for the ceremony was such a peaceful experience! As I got my hair & makeup done, as we got dressed, as we did our first look, as we took pictures with the bridal party, I was just amazed by the romantic elegance found in every corner & every room of the 1920s mansion! Then, after we returned from the ceremony at my church, one of my favorite moments of the day was bustling my dress in the bridal suite on the second floor & looking out the window to the backyard where I saw guests relaxing on the terrace & enjoying cornhole & giant jenga (outdoor games the venue provided). During the cocktail hour and reception, I loved being able to enjoy drinks in the great room as well as the charcuterie table in the dining room, being able to feel the sunshine through the large windows as we dined in the conservatory, & being able to find delicious desserts in the kitchen. Another one of my favorite parts of the venue was the fireplace in the great room where we displayed the family wedding photos on top of the mantle. Every time I walked past it, I found guests & other vendors taking a look at the photos which made me smile! We also had our engagement photos displayed on the giant TV in the conservatory which people loved to look at throughout the cocktail hour & reception! In the evening, the terrace was magical with its outdoor lights providing a perfect romantic setting for the rest of the night. I can't believe how smoothly everything ran throughout the day, and that is because of the incredible service provided by the Venue3Two team! They were very professional & attentive, and my venue coordinator, Stochia McDaniel, was so incredibly helpful as we discussed & planned the big day for several months! Today's experience at celebration cinema was not great. Our movie was set to start at 11 so we…read morearrived early to park and get concessions. We didn't realize the movie theatre doors would be locked until about 10:50am so we waited outside for another 10 minutes beforehand until we were able to get in. Once we were inside, the employee was visibly frustrated as the server was down. She informed us that she could not ring any concessions up so she offered a small boat of popcorn instead; she was certain the servers would eventually be back up... we decided to try ordering via the QR code in the theatre since she said online orders would work... well that didn't work because it never made it to them since the server was down... so we walked to the concessions area and showed our receipt to retrieve our water and popcorn bucket. As we made it back to our seats we noticed others appearing in the theatre with their popcorn boats for each person along with drinks... I guess we should have just asked for free drinks instead of paying for concessions today. What an overall bummer. On top of that, my daughters chair never heated up no matter how many times she tried pressing the button. I think we will probably steer clear of first of the day movies at studio park from here on out. I did put a complaint into the guest relations and got an AI style response offering a $10 voucher to use within 90 days. Cool but that doesn't really help with the cost of today's messy situation. They mention they can't refund fees (which - ordering online was literally the only way to pay for anything and they charge you for "convenience") ... how ironic. So $10 was their token of apology? Sorry, but I think this just further adds to the reason I don't venture to the theatre much anymore. Our grand total for 2 tickets, 2 bottles of water and a popcorn bucket was $49.62. That price would have been fine if everything was properly working but when systems are down and chairs are broken - what a bummer.
