FANTASTIC thus far. Better surgeon, much better physical therapist and home nurses. Healing much faster this time, walking steady, managing pain so much better and getting GREAT PT support. Christy has been so much better with work out. She stays here for a good 30 to 45 minutes and always explains which muscle or soft tissue is doing what action. She actually stays and practices the routine with you. Got some short but soothing massage to the under part of my TKR and good tips for balance and to stay on walker, especially during the night. That tip save me falling at 2 am one night! I highly recommend this team that i worked with on my 2nd TKR. Thanks everybody.

We ended up at Sutter's ER then had one home health visit from a few departments. One person was abrasive, the other was rushed the only one who seemed to care was the guy in PT. Their social workers who are supposed to help you find benefits for your parents are unfriendly, the least empathetic of any I have ever experienced. She even lamented about her problems and complaining about her job as if I was wrong for wanting figure out how to navigate CA healthcare. In WA my mom had Medicaid that paid for her to be in an Adult Family Home, she also had in home health and they were all really nice. Everyone wanted to help the patient:elderly but here no one wants to tell you what is available. I have been finding bits and pieces from people I encounter. There should be a packet or a hospital, county support person who navigates Medicaid. Helps you find, Boarding homes, assisted living or in home care covered by Medicaid benefits because your parents are eligible for these benefits. What is wrong here? Even the skilled nursing facility hasn't even mentioned Medicaid they just say her insurance is up go pay out of pocket for in home or boarding but they take Medicaid and this is Woodside... they sent me to a dump of a boarding home where a dog was locked in a utility building while I toured the place. Can Sutter do better? My mom has Medicaid in place in Washington good until April next year.

Parking is easy to find on the side of the business center they're located in. I've found the staff to all be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Unfortunately I sustained multiple spine injuries that required surgery after a car accident I wasn't at fault for. After having surgery, my pain management specialist recommended I see Dr. Panero for a platelet rich plasma (PRP) procedure. Dr. Panero highly recommended I go to Results for physical therapy afterwards. I made some decent progress that helped me function better, move better, and be in slightly less pain. I never felt my appointments were rushed, their team really cares, and they actually listen to your concerns and questions. They're in no way like the typical cookie cutter physical therapy clinics that treat you like a number. They do push you and you have to do your part and ensure you're doing your exercises at home. If you just do them in the clinic you're wasting their time and more importantly yours. You won't make any true progress without putting in the work and getting the reps in. Unfortunately towards the end of my treatment my daughter was unexpectedly hospitalized and since it was the beginning of the pandemic, I made the difficult decision to continue my program at home and discontinue in person sessions. I had hoped to return a bit sooner, but life threw my family and I a few more curveballs. The facility is very clean and well maintained and my decision was in no way affected by their cleanliness standards or policies or procedures. It was just simply a difficult decision I made due to my baby's lung condition as it was imperative she not get severely sick again. I recently returned for in person sessions and I'm looking forward to making some progress once again. It's nice that you're able to fill out the necessary paperwork ahead of time online. I'm guessing if that's not an option they'll gladly accept hand written paperwork. They offer email and text reminders for your appointments and it's easy to check in for your appointment with their tablet.

You saw me through some pretty great highs (when the initial scope of the right knee gave me the first pain free day's I'd had in decades, and when we were hopeful that the PRP was going to bear fruit, and a bunch of other moments) and some very dark lows, when I was not certain I'd ever be able to travel again, or have anything close to a "typical" active life. You just smiled, tried something else, and kept me moving in the right direction. Your faith was sometimes *all* that I had to keep going. YOU were the one who encouraged me to keep trying things, to not give up, and to contact my new ortho in the first place. You've been there every bit of this! So, here we are. I have two big knee scars and a huge smile on my face because I am GRATEFUL to have my life back. Our family toured several facilities from Roseville to Sacramento. We knew that The Gardens was the…read moreright place for our 93 year old mother the second the doors opened. The staff has been helpful, courteous and professional from the beginning. The memory care is personal to each resident and excellent. The staff is kind, caring and compassionate. Moving our mother from her home of 58 years to a facility was not an easy decision and very emotional. We are grateful to the staff for their understanding and excellence. Its a beautiful place, the apartments clean and comfy and the food delicious. We are pleased.
