I've had three great lash techs and had a great experience. Having Mona ruined my experience. She smelled like food and was just not friendly at ALL. I even tipped her well and the job was not good. She started late and then had to rush because her next client came. My lashes mostly all fell out in two days. I made another appointment to return to my regular technician Khrystyna who was out having a baby, when I arrived at my appointment I was switched to Mona with no notice since Khystyna called out(I can understand having a new baby). I had eyelashes applied a few years ago (from a different salon) and was underwhelmed at best. I recently tried again, this time at Celebrity Beauty Boutique. I absolutely love them! The salon is clean and comfortable. It has a really friendly atmosphere and I was able to book my appointment online. (Sundays and Mondays are the easiest days to schedule services). Krystyna is professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. I got so many compliments. It was amazing not to have to deal with mascara every day. Liberating! I made an appointment 2 weeks later for a touch up but really could have waited much longer, the lashes held up exceptionally well. Next time I may wait a bit longer. I'm hooked! read more

this place is so bad . the employee are rude and irresponsible . my sister made appointment through website . when she went the website and clicked "book online" buttone , the vagaro page pop out . so she made appointment through it . To be clear , on Aug/7 , my sister made appointment for Sep/13 eyelashes service. I called the store two days ago (Sep/6) to check her appointment because my sister is not good at English. However , the place was very busy and a girl told me she will call me back . later night (9pm) , one of employee or owner texted me , so i said I want to check my appointment. then she said " oh you eyelash stylist doesnt work that day , so you should change your appointment" . so i told her if she doesnt work that day , why you approved my appointment and she said " it is not from us , it is from app. the app made error" . haha then why the owner let the app make appointment for this place ? I made appintment through this app last time , that time they put price incorrectly. so if this app keeps making error , why the owner doesnt fix it ? she told me " you can call this app to discuss that issue" and " we always have to text individually when there are errors". Funny thing is i've never got any text message from this place about errors . DO NOT waste your money for this place . there are many places with organized system and good service . dont go the unprofessional place with nasty attitude BTW the owner deleted my review on google, dont trust google review because the owner is able to delete bad reviews. My appointment went horrible. I have a business trip Saturday and the person that did my brows made me look RIDICULOUS! She didn't fill my brows in straight at all! I had to show her that she was missing half of the bottom of my eyebrows and she made them spotty! I emailed the company and never got a reply for a manager to call me and assist with this over two weeks ago. Do not waste your time with this company. The tech knew I was FURIOUS and still just asked for payment didn't even offer to fix them after they came out horrific! First off, I never ever write reviews but I was so happy with my experience, I want others will come here. I was desperately trying to find somewhere to get lashes, since my appointment was canceled at my normal place. I usually go to a chain lash shop, and am usually not too impressed when I leave. Luckily, Wen was able to squeeze me in last minute and I was so grateful. The shop it's self is just designed so beautifully and full of the most adorable furniture, down to the glitter in the flooring. Wen was so accommodating and did the most beautiful lashes I have ever had. She is just such a sweet person, explained everything thoroughly and so professional. If I lived closer to the area, I would strictly only go to her for my lashes, they are that stunning. I would give more stars if I could. I never leave negative reviews but the couple times I've dealt with them and giving them the benefit of the doubt and it being the same outcome. To simply put it they have Horrible customer service and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I specifically asked for the cherry hill for Tuesday and she was staring they told me it was in the mount laurel location which I have the conversation all through text and she still was trying to say they told me mount laurel. The situation could've easily been resolved by simply apologizing and acknowledging their mistake. Instead per usual as other issues I've had with them, for instance when they had a new girl start and had her do my lashes who I didn't know at the time had very little training. She was in no way ready to work on customers, she completely ruined my lashes and they had me come back to fix it. I had to let my lashes rest for a good 6 months to have them be healthy again and again not an apology but they simply made a million excuses for why it happened. Learn how to take accountability and apologize when you make mistakes. I'll also add pictures of the texts since they will probably respond to this and say otherwise. read more

This was my second time at Celebrity Lashes & Beyond. A few years ago I had a lash perm and semipermanent mascara at their prior location in Cherry Hill and was very pleased. Olly installed my lashes and has been filling them in and patiently repairing whatever damage I have created for over 6 months now. We discovered that synthetic doesn't work for me due to cooking a lot which leads to hot oil splatters causing lashes to fuse. We have learned that fuller, rather than longer, works better for me 'cause longer hit sunglasses and go awry. Olly provides a consistently friendly, professional, competent service and I highly recommend her services. She is always punctual. I have been going to Celebrity Lashes for about a year now. My lash tech is PING and she is Fabulous! She is not only very warm and gracious but meticulous and attentive to detail. She does an OUTSTANDING job every two weeks as I attend religiously for lash maintenance. The lashes are always still are in great shape when i visit and i do NOT have alot of shedding/loss/fall out! I am very pleased with the service and I have never had a long wait when it is time for my standing appointment on Saturdays. My lashes are still in great condition and I get plenty of compliments from folks regarding how great they look. I have attended a number of sites and enjoy the service and quality Ping provides as a Celebrity Lash technician. I appreciate great service and can't say enough about this establishment. Staff are kind and great listeners and patient. They pride themselves on providing great service to their clientele and want you to leave a happy customer. I have never had a bad encounter now witnessed a negative exchange in the time that I have been provided service. If i did, I would not be back. There was a brief period that PING was unavailable to work and the service i received from the person who replaced her was fine. I was happy when Ping returned. She is a warm, kind, attentive and caring technician and does an outstanding job! I love the location in Cherry Hill - and I have visited a few locations. This one is great as it is near my home. So, I have followed this business and will continue to do so as the service of having lashes done is no different than the same way we view finding a nail or hair tech. You have to find the right one that will compliment and understand and gently treat you well and provide bar none service. One stop shop! I used to stop by the mall and get my eye brows threaded then head over to get my lashes done till I found out they do threading as well! Wen does my lashes and she is definitely worth it. I was going somewhere else for cheaper and my lashes didn't look as good and would fall out in a week. Sometimes you really do get what u pay for. I love the fact my lashes last way longer, and the glue is high quality, u can wash ur face, do whatever u want the same day unlike the place I was going before where I couldn't wash my eyes for 24 hours.
