FIrst of all, do not eat there! We walked in to a completely empty restaurant today, and by empty I mean no employees and no customers. The bartender/waitress/hostess/possibly chef finally showed up and was completely put out by our presence. Service sucked. Food was not good. Bathrooms are dirty. Customer service there is mediocre, and at times, non-existent. Many games were broken and most were over-priced. Very disappointing. I will bowl there again, just because it's convenient, but that's about it. Could've been great, but it's failing! read more

Awful service. Dramatically understaffed. I live down the street and would love this to be my local sports bar (Jacksons), unfortunately every time I go there I wait for about 20 minutes to get a server and the finally leave. Nice bowling alley - bad place to watch sports. read more

I am writing to report on an amazing newly opened bowling/sports bar restaurant gorgeous facility. We recently went for lunch at the recently opened restaurant Attitudes at the Celebrity Lanes. The restaurant had a great atmosphere with large windows and outdoor seating and a beautiful bar. The food was deliciously prepared, varied and fresh. We enjoyed the buffalo chili, fresh salads, and burgers. We saw others getting tasty looking homemade onion rings, bratwurst, and homemade soups. Our service was friendly and served in a timely manner. It was relaxing in a beautiful restaurant/sports bar setting. We toured the bowling alleys which were incredible with decor and amnities. Separate lanes with party room were available. Food from the delicious expertly prepared restaurant is also available. This is a unique, fabulous facility for family, friends, and parties and nicest ever complex. I will be booking my Christmas party for my office as well as parties for our friends here in the near future. read more

When we first got to Celebrity Lanes Bowling Alley I thought it was pretty nice. The place is pretty big, it's clean, and as a mom it was a plus that they had a toddler play area indoors right next to a pretty good size arcade room. The food looked pretty good, we didn't eat anything though. The lane where we bowled was nice, the shoes were much nicer than normal bowling shoes too! It was awesome that (we went on a Friday night) the bowling alley was separated, on one side was the night bowl, the other the lights stayed on. The reason why I gave this place a mere 2 star rating versus a 4-5 star rating was the MUSIC VIDEOS PLAYED. I didn't Yelp this place before we went, which I would have then realized that it is not "family-friendly" in that sense. Almost EVERY SINGLE music video played (keep in mind there is a tv hanging almost every lane) had women in lingerie dancing around. I'm a young mother and wife and will NOT want to be going back to this place solely because of that. Huge disappointment! read more

What a joke! Did not have fun, when you walk into the place the make you feel like you are intruding. Bar is always empty, and I over heard an employee upset because the management fails to manage. Not surprising from the service I received. Dirty tables, chuck e cheese feeling, not a place I will ever go again. read more

Terrible service. Waitress waited 15 minutes to check in us, conveniently 2 minutes after happy hour ended. Then once food was delivered we didn't see anyone for the rest of the meal. Finally asked the bartender for the check and that took another 15 minutes. Oh, and the food is gross. read more

Atmosphere is fun enough, but our lane failed twice while trying to bowl a one-hour rental. We waited over 15 minutes the first time and are at 15 minutes and waiting for the second time. They keep "adding" minutes to our time, but the sitting around waiting and having to keep going to the front desk are putting a damper on the fun the teens that I brought here are having. read more

Very rude front of house staff. No we didn't have a reservation, we went in the middle if the afternoon. The first attendant seemed downright annoyed with us and our questions about the price and handed us the pager. The second time I went to ask a question he was so rude we just left. I really hope that was a one time experience, several people have recommends that place to us but it is hard to get over an initial experience like that. read more

Service and management are terrible. If zero stars was an option I would use it. We attempted to hold a birthday party for our 11 year old here. We attempted to make a reservation for two lanes for a two-hour block of time and were told that we could not over the phone. OK, no problem. We pressed on nonetheless, and had our group meet at the location. We spoke with a manager at the front desk who informed us that we could have a single lane for the requested 2 hour block, or we could wait until they had two lanes together for the specified time. We agreed to wait and roughly 15 minutes later we were again speaking to a representative and settling accounts for bowling shoes for all etc. Not bad at all considering. Roughly 1 hour into the birthday party we were approached to inform us that the two lanes that had been assigned to us had been "reserved" by other patrons and that we needed to leave. So imagine if you will, a large group of kids, food and drink for all of them, shoes and presents. We still have guests and family arriving and this wonderful news is delivered. So obviously a mistake somewhere right? We go to resolve it only to be greeted with smug dismissive service. We of course spoke to the management who informed us that there was nothing they could do. They would try to find us another lane as soon as possible. Are you kidding? We reserved, waited for, and paid for this service. This large group has neither the schedule nor the inclination to move elsewhere at a later time. The management made no effort to compensate us for their mistakes, nor acknowledge the disruption. The concept of service is lost here. I will never give this establishment another dime, and I would recommend to anyone that cares to listen that they avoid it as well. read more

In a place where they serve alcohol and stay open very late, they only have one security officer for the entire establishment. This one person is supposed to cover both sides of the bowling alley, the bar, the outside patio and upstairs. We were there on a Saturday night in a group of 4, there was a band and it was the disco/glow bowl time. There were plenty of open lanes, but for whatever reason, Celebrity Lanes put another party of 7 people in the lane right next to us, which we had to share a carousel, even though there were plenty of other open lanes. We did not have a good experience, and a fight broke out between our group and the one next to us. The security officer was nowhere to be found. The police were called. I contacted Celebrity Lanes several times after the altercation to speak to a manager, and no one ever returned my call. Not only will we never go there again, but I encourage anyone else to question their safety if you go there after 10pm. read more

This place is completely understaffed and a joke at that. This place constantly has new people. Don't waste your money here it's awful. Take your money to top golf or Arapahoe bowl. It's better service and you can tell the employee's like their job there. I hate this place. read more

WE'RE RATING THIS WITH ONE STAR OUT OF PITY, NOTHING ELSE! We walked into the alley and were told there was a one hour wait. So, we went to the Bar & Grill to order lunch. Nobody greeted us or told us what to do, so we sat ourselves. Then we had to wait 15 minutes to get menus and drinks. Before our food was ready, our lane was open so we had to leave and they told us they would deliver our food to us. We had employee problems as well. They were unresponsive, rude, and antisocial. Well, this has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a bowling alley. This place was so over priced for the hour bowling, the shoes, and the food. It took the lady almost 20 minutes to just come and ask if we wanted anything to eat or drink. Then when we had about twenty minutes left on our lane we have this waitress come up to me and tell me if I wanted to stay for another game I would have to move to another lane because there was going to be a birthday party, and they needed us to move. I could not believe the lack of planning and organization on their part. Why would you put a group in a lane where you are going to place a party an hour later. I usually stay longer than an hour but since I was so angry at lack customer service I left. I will not be going back to this place ever. They should maybe learn how to run a business and pick up some customer service skills as well. read more

Had a not so great experience on our first visit but they had just opened. We decided to give them a second chance. We should have stayed home! Customer service is still terrible! Took forever to get our food and when we did it was only half of what we ordered. In the bathroom all the paper towel dispensers were empty. The place just leaves you with a bad feeling not a good one. I will always choose Brunswick Zone by Park Meadows from now on. read more

We then proceeded to clean our own table and the tables are still dirty. TO BOWL OR NOT TO BOWL....that was the question today. Each Sunday my wife, son and I meet at Celebrity Bowling along with our close friends to bowl, eat, and have a few beers. We have been doing this for some time averaging around $200 a day. Today is the last day we will EVER give our business to this joke of a bowling alley. Our friend was having the game of his life and was about to attempt his 5th strike when one of the pin mechanics walked right down the aisle as he was about to throw the ball. Our friend said to him, "excuse me, I was about to bowl". The employee turned around and said, "Yeah, I know.", and kept walking. Keep in mind that this was the 3rd or 4th time he had rudely interrupted our table/bowling. When we approached the manager, he was unconcerned and unhelpful. We explained in detail the situation and was brushed off. We didn't finish our ruined bowling or the game after. When we explained to the manager that we were never coming back, he again, could care less. Not only is this poor business, it is terrible etiquette for an employee to act that way. And furthermore, for a manager to treat guests like they had done something wrong is inexcusable. Not only will we not be going back, we plan on sharing our experience with everyone we know. We will get the word out that this establishment does not deserve anyone's money. We are beyond disappointed but look forward to giving our business to another bowling alley every Sunday moving forward. As for the "pin mechanic"..."Yeah, I know...that you're a TOOL". read more

I don't normally write reviews online, but this was an exception. My husband and I went to Celebrity Lanes for the first time last Sat. What a fun atmosphere!! The music and the video's made for a fun time! We were also surprised when we came to find that there was a restaurant too, Jackson's All American, inside the bowling alley. When we went there we expected to be eating your typical gross bowling alley food. Before blowing a few games, we grabbed dinner at Jackson's. DELICIOUS!!! My husband had the signature burger and I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. My husband just kept raving about his burger and it being one of the better burgers in town...better than any burger you could get at a chain. My chicken sandwich was pretty good too! Whatever bun that the sandwich comes on, I want to know where I can buy it? The large beer selection is GREAT! Our bartender Maggie was such a sweetheart! We will definitely be coming back to Celebrity Lanes, maybe just to grab a burger! read more

Came in tonight with a large group for a birthday. All guests were ready to spend money on drinks and food, however it seemed our server Brittney wasn't present a good majority of the time. We decided to stay and get our money's worth for bowling, but were continually disappointed. Last call was called at 1:15 and our server never approached to see if we needed anything. After hunting her down we were told they were done serving. As a person in the industry I know this is not the way things should work. We asked to close out and decided to head to the bar for a 'last call' drink. She was ready to serve us until two employees came along. She suddenly changed her mind for no reason apparent to us. We spoke to the manager Mike and he told us they wouldn't serve us because we had too many drinks which were not actually our drinks or our tab at all. There was no effort to make it correct. BEWARE: This bowling alley initially charged our two cards together a total $580.00 when it should have only been a total of $232.00 for 20 people (difference of $348!!) Due to the mistake, Chase told us we would be bowling for free and voided the entire transaction. Without our knowledge, they decided that indeed we would be paying for bowling that evening. NO BODY came to tell us that we were paying! On top of that, they still overcharged us $103.00 for a second go around!!! Chase had told me that if any issues arose with our cards to call and ask for him and things would be taken care of immediately...this was NOT the case at all!! At first, they would not going to refund any money, then they were going to refund one card only, and finally after two days of dispute both cards were refunded. One card was only refunded partially because the general manager, Jeiro failed to let me speak and just kept talking over me and cutting me off! Not only did he talk over me and cut me off as I was trying to tell him one of the cards was charged $219.00 and not $116.00 but he hung up on me! Upon calling the owner, the owner, Kal Ikinger, informed me that he I needed to make it short because he did not have the time to listen to the issue at hand. His solution to the situation was to come into Celebrity Lanes and confronted the people involved. I am appalled with how the general manager and owner decided to handle things and will never be returning or referring business to this establishment! Advice to the establishment: take some courses on customer service and hire a new GM because it seems that Jeiro can't handle the responsibilities. Once again i was disappointed. The service was absolutely awful. I would give negative stars if it was an option. When we first arrived we were told there would be a 45 min wait (not a big deal, it was a weekend) but after sitting in the bar for 20 min without even being acknowledged we had to get the staffs attention to get our first drink. Whats worse is that the two groups on either side of us had also been waiting forever but had been served and waited on. We were passed by employees for the whole visit. When we did get to a lane it was the same deal, we saw the staff helping both the lanes to our right and left but were never acknowledged. Finally, near the end of our 3rd and final game the waitress finally came up amd said "oh i saw you make eye contact earlier, i meant to come up sooner, but i failed", and started diverting responsibility. Do i need anything? After nearly 2 hours without service in this buisiness, $35 for just a simgle hour, and then a staff that wouldn't take responsibility, no i don't need anything but a refund.
