Great intro / new customer offer. I was able to try out all of their red light beds and got a spray tan. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I thought it was a clean facility with clean towels . I was in town for a quick business trip so I was only able to use the intro offer one day, but if I lived nearby, I'd probably sign up. read more

I bought a package for my wife. Each package was explained to me, the knowledge was top notch. My wife loves the variety of tanning beds.

Good location and most of the ladies that work there are nice. However is it very dirty, dusty and many broken shelves not fixed for a long time. Also I sent many emails to corporate about paying for a higher level package and the amenities in the luxury bed never work. I have tanned for some time and can say I o my got to use them about 3 times. They sell you something they can't provide. Then I was old there is no maintenance person for the beds. yet they give no concession, fix the problem or be bothered to respond to complaints. would not recommend and don't waste your money on luxury beds. read more

I've been getting spray tans here for the past few months and the staff that works here have all been so helpful! There are a variety of shades to choose from and I had no idea which shade would work best for me. Kayla has helped me master the perfect versa spray tan and I couldn't be happier! I have been to this location for almost 3 years. The rooms are always clean. There has been a lot of employee turnover. But the one that has been consistent is Carla. She has always been so friendly with a great smile and very knowledgeable when it comes to the lotions or the beds. I had an issue with my membership and between Carla and Stephona they fixed the problem. My only complaint would be, that I wish the trash cans were still in the rooms. Great customer service. Clean facility. Great bed options. Prices could be a little better. The associate said the groupon special is "actually more expensive" than buying the monthly package. Plus I paid EXTRA to upgrade my bed. So I will not be renewing my membership since they weren't willing to work on the package prices. I'll find a different location closer to home. Love BoHo is the best lotion& smells amazing. Highly recommend. read more

I went in for a pre wedding spray tan and it is horrible. my skin feels disgusting and I followed the directions 100% and I am so splotchy and orange. The employee did not explain the membership well at all and im so mad this morning I want to cry I did everything the way they told me too and im a mess. Pictures do no justice. read more

I'm from WA so I have been to A LOT of different tanning salons and Celebrity Tanning is BY FAR the best I have ever been to! Every person that works there has the most amazing customer service, they make you feel so comfortable and welcome, and they never push any sales on you which is really nice for once!! I must say this celebrity tanning location is the best. The staff are always professional, location is always clean and most important you never have to wait because they have too many tanning beds available. As far as pricing, It would be nice if they can offer better specials then the ones they have. Living in Arizona and with all the sun we have and tanning you can do, I would think it would drive more traffic and I know for a fact I'd tan more often if they had better deals and I can afford it more often. read more

My husband put money on my account as a Christmas present so I wouldn't have to purchase anything when I went in.. I went in my first time and they said they needed a "card on file" so I gave them one but they assured me my monthly charge would come out of the money on my account. Sure enough, they charged my card instead. When I called for a refund on either my card, or the money on my account then said they had a "strict no refund policy". Sitting here waiting to tan because 10 is down yet again! Last time it was down for 8 weeks and it's been down for two so far this time. I pay the same amount each month even though 25% of my level of beds are down. That's a win win for Mike who doesn't give a crap and has yet to return a phone call! Do not buy their tanning enhancements creams. All they all are self tanning cream which you can butt anywhere that sells sun block. You can buy this type of self tanning for around $15 at your local stores. read more

Terrible service and did not disclose what the actual monthly fee would be with taxes which is higher than the standard tax rate. I told them I did not want to sign up but the girl already ran my card and said she could not credit my account. She said corporate would have to do it. They never did so I called 4 times and never got a return call. I have had to dispute the card with my credit card company. This is the first time I have bothered to write a bad review but people should know that they are misleading and will not bother to make it right or return calls. read more

I absolutely recommend this location without a doubt. The staff is always so nice and the manager is so helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to tanning and all the products. The staff is great but the beds..not so great! Most of the beds have buttons missing and the fans don't work so you end up sweating to death. I upgraded to platinum for the sun angel and now that's broken too. Seems as though owner doesn't care about quality and condition of beds. (Greenway location ) read more

I will never go to this tanning salon again...horrible experience and it was my first time ever going and wasnt a good one for me. The employee did not explain anything to me.. I simply asked her "what do i put on before i go into the tanning bed?" Thinking she would give me some advice since i have never done this before. She replies "tanning lotion duh". There was a ton of tanning lotion to choose from, all different. How am i suppose to know the difference im not the one working there!! But anyway she was really rude and assumes everyone knows about tanning. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more
