Kaitlin was amazing, and I hope I got her name right. Super energetic, super sweet, super direct with pricing and products. Just wanted to make sure that I give her a kudos! So the pricing of the packages are great and reasonable. The beds are upgraded, and I didn't notice any missing bulbs. My biggest pet peeve is when several bulbs are out. So to find the bed had no dim or dead bulbs was a positive for me. I tried their spray booth and I actually really liked it. I went with the package below that didn't include the spray. I did want to point out I used it and had no complaints. You just have to be careful when your tanning + using bronzers and a spray booth you'll look like a Dorito. I loved that I could place my package on hold, knowing only 5$ would be charged which is fine. One thing I was kind of annoyed about is how expensive their lotions are. They sell almost 65% over suggested retail. I have access to designer skins catalogues and I know how much the suggested retail prices are. I just feel like if you were to price your bottles decently more people would purchase and would be willing to try different bottles or not regret their purchases. That is the only reason I've taken off a star just because it's a let down when I can't bring myself to purchase a 135$ bottle of lotion that should be 80-95$ however that's really every salon, I've just noticed this one to be the worst with price. read more

Great place to tan... but be careful when it comes to billing... We canceled our account with plenty of time and ended up getting billed. Now we have to keep trying to justify that we were billed to get a credit. Seems like a scam just to make more money to continue billing you after you've canceled your account. Be careful. read more

The only reason I'm giving this location 3 stars is because I have approx. 3 weeks left on my membership, I'll likely visit a couple more times, and most of the girls who work there are really nice. Aside from those factors it should only get 2 stars. Of all the tanning salons in the Valley I have personally visited, this is by far the least kept and dirtiest! Granted, I've not been to any past 35th Avenue and Greenway. The floors look like they haven't been swept in a month (dust bunnies with hair balls in the corners) and the beds are constantly dirty. It doesn't matter which bed on which day. The worst part, on multiple occasions, I have went in and the lay down part of the bed is dirty. I have to wipe it down before I lay down. These beds are being cleaned in less than 39 seconds which explains why they aren't being cleaned thoroughly. I now bring my own cloth/water and wipe it down before I lay in it. More recently, I've been in beds where the lens have cracks in them. I'm not talking about cracks like a windshield, literally missing pieces leaving holes in them. The same bed that says it shouldn't be operated without a working lens filter. I'm not sure if these locations are inspected by a corporate office but they need to be. The location at 101 and Union Hills is not like this at all. read more

I went into this location on Thursday, they were super helpful- answered all my questions or so I thought. Upon returning today I was told a different price when I asked why she said honestly I do not know. I asked to speak to a manager- I was told there isn't one available. I asked if they could print the receipt so I could see what the extra charges are, she said no. I was looking at a package not a membership, I was originally told $120 , today it's $135 (a$15 discrepancy- of an unknown charge?) then on top of that they wanted to charge tax on this unknown charge. I ended up leaving I'm not sure how it can be so difficult to run a tanning salon. It seems pretty straight forward to me! read more

The staff is friendly and nice. It looked clean. However, I tried to cancel my membership and they said you could only do it in person, which was not an option for me. I work full time, have 3 kiddos, moving, & was dealing with a rotating sickness at my house. For them to make me come in person was extremely neglectful and unsafe to expose all their employee and other customers to the sickness that my kids & I were fighting. Beware of the membership. I didn't even know I was enrolling in it to begin with. Now I'll have to cancel my credit card and issue a new one. worst ever! read more

Nice people but be careful of the shady memberships. I went to cancel and was convinced to place my account on hold instead. No other info was given but I was still charged for four months of membership that I never used. My fault for not checking and trusting someone to do their job. I attempted to cancel membership about two days into a new month and was told there's an additional 30 days before its canceled. So nearly two full months of additional fees before my account can be canceled. Also, their printer wasn't working so there's probably no record of me cancelling. Asked for an email confirmation and never got it. We'll see what happens in two months. read more

I went in to get a spray tan from the mystic booth and I payed to add the instant bronze and tan enhancement which I was told would cut the wait time from 6-8 hours to 3-4 hours. I went in for my spray tan and i immediately knew something was off. The mist was hardly coming out and not covering all parts of my body. I followed the directions perfectly and still came out with an uneven tan. I let the lady at the front desk know as soon as I was done that I did not think machine had sprayed me fully and she said that she would put a note next to my name and to call in six hours to let her know if the color had developed. Long story short my tan developed uneven (which was bound to happen considering it was sprayed on uneven) and I called back to see what we could do. The woman I spoke with (Bre) was extremely rude, unhelpful, and offered no solution other than I can go back in and pay to be re sprayed. Lol worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.
