No. You must start the process over again. Is there something wrong with an 800 number with a callback option during normal business hours? Xfinity had the same business model and I just ended up successfully using my Visible hot spot. Sure I like using my smart devices at will. And I barely remember how to use a light switch with my smart plugs but 90 minutes to cancel service is ridiculous. I also got the feeling that the agent was on multiple chats at once. Please dont refer to me as a valued customer. If I was valued, it would be easier to interact with you. And i wanted service canceled at the end of the month and told them so.
