25 years ago my wedding ring was purchased at D. Geller & Son. I loved that ring. It was blessed in our marriage ceremony by a minister in Scotland. It traveled the world with my wife and me, and that ring rarely was ever left off my hand until one day this past Spring, when I found it was no longer on my finger, and nowhere to be found. My husband purchased me a very nice expensive Dilamani bracelet from the confetti line with tons of sapphires and massive gold band. It's by far my FAVORITE piece I own to date. This was our first purchase from D Geller and son. LONG story short I busted my butt and when I fell I absolutely crushed my bracelet It was no longer shaped correctly. Instantly I totally FREAKED out thinking OMG my bracelet is ruined enter in D.Geller & Son associates Tim, Christy and Tiffany all assisted me in getting my bracelet repaired. The repair guy at DGeller said it was too badly damaged for him to feel comfortable fixing BUT that they would ship it to the manufacturer to get it repaired. I was so ecstatic I didn't even bother to ask how much it would be. Honestly I did not care as long as it was fixed. Geller & Son for their hospitality, patience, and even their ability to help customers during the COVID-19 crisis! First, one of their jewelers met up with my husband to show him some options. He found an idea of what he wanted and asked if he could come back with me to get the ring. She was so nice and set us up an appointment to do some financing just a few days later. When we went in for financing, the ladies (and man) on staff were all very nice and welcoming! Financing didn't take too long, they were very clean, and even offered us drinks. When looking at rings, the woman helping us (I don't remember her name and I REALLY wish I did) was so kind to us. I was very indecisive and she was so patient with me. My fiance bought my ring from D. Geller & Son Jewelers and I could not be happier. He worked closely with Bobby who helped him design a custom designed engagement ring. Bobby took the pictures that he brought in and sent him sketches of what he had in mind. Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and talented. He worked tirelessly until he designed the exact ring that my fiance asked for. Bobby personally sketched designs and handmade this gorgeous ring. He used the "lost wax" casting method, which if you know anything about making jewelry, it is very tedious and time consuming. This allowed the opportunity to get the exact ring my fiance had in mind and the exact ring that I am absolutely in love with. Bobby designed a beautiful matte-yellow gold solitaire engagement ring with a twig band. The band is what truly makes the ring and I have gotten numerous compliments on how unique and beautiful it is. The diamond sits atop the band with a basket setting, which was also hand carved to perfection. Bobby was even accommodating enough to make additional changes, that I wanted, after my fiance proposed! This was not an easy task but he was willing to make the changes to ensure that I had EXACTLY what I wanted. The customer service by D. Geller & Sons Jewelers is exceptional and I recommend them to everyone looking for a jeweler that you can work with to get what you want and still afford. I stopped into this store while I was getting sushi next door, and glad I did. The staff was very nice. I spoke with a salesperson named Pat and he was very straightforward. He didn't push anything on me, and I gather that they don't work on commission. I got a fantastic price, even after their WiFi to shop around online. Best part is, now I have somewhere I can go if anything goes wrong. While I was there I watched as they took care of past customers. So far so good for me. They lured us in with a radio commercial - 20% off Pandora. Pandora never goes on sale so we had to check it out. Turns out they aren't going to be carrying the Pandora line anymore so they are liquidating their inventory. That worked out well for me since I wanted a bracelet for Christmas. Not sure I would buy a diamond here. They carry all the designers but something just seemed a little "off" to me about the store as a whole. It may have just been because of the holidays but the employees seemed a little spacey and disinterested. Where to start.. I have been looking for over 2 years for the perfect engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé. I called and spoke with Lauren Slay, who told me to stop on in and she'd be happy to help me out. I knew I wanted a Tacori ring, as I find it to be one of the best hand-crafted pieces of jewelry one can buy. I went to 4 other Tacori dealers, in multiple cities (Chicago, Atlanta, Green Bay, etc). When I walked into D Geller, I was greeted by everyone in the store and offered a beverage right away. Now mind you, I'm 28 years old, wearing a shirt with holes in it and athletic shorts. I probably wasn't a client that most jewelers would give the time of day to, but Lauren and company was more than happy to help me out. I arrived to the store at about 11:00am, and left 30 minutes after their store closed. The amount of time Lauren spent with me, trying on every ring, calling the other stores to see if they had different cuts, size diamonds, etc was unbelievable. Lauren could definitely tell I was nervous, but never once pressured me into making a purchase I wasn't ready for. I decided on a ring, and knew I was moving. Lauren explained it wasn't a problem and she would ship it to me, via overnight fed-ex. Now, already making the 3rd largest purchase I've ever made already had me kind of nervous, but to ship it in the mail seemed like an accident waiting to happen! Needless to say, the FedEx man was at my door with a package just as Lauren promised. Within that package was 5 other boxes to ensure nothing would damage the ring. The ring is perfect, and I couldn't be more happy with it. Unfortunately I got the wrong size (my fault), and decided to go to another jeweler in Green Bay Wisconsin. Again, I walked in with shorts and a tee shirt and nobody would help me. As soon as I opened the box, there were multiple people asking if they could help. I explained I needed the ring to be resized. The lady stated their jeweler wasn't sure if he could resize it from a 4.25 to a 4.5 because it might "ruin it" and the ring is platinum so they weren't sure how to handle it. I called Lauren, and was told they'd send me a FedEx label so I can get it fixed within 2 days. D Geller, even called Tacori to ensure that my warranty wouldn't be voided. I cannot praise Lauren enough. She is one of the reasons I made this purchase, and the reason I will always go back to D Geller for any jewelry needs. Thank you all so much. My necklace broke and needed it fixed. I went on a Saturday to drop it off and the lady helping me was really nice and friendly. It cost $25 and was told it ll take a week at-least to fix which I thought was a bit too long considering they have in house jewelers. I got a call in the evening 7:15 Ish but no voicemail. I called them the next Day and was told that the necklace was ready. Very quick turn around so was really happy. I have a tacori engagement ring that I was looking to get resized from 4.75 to 5.25 so half size bigger. I asked about the charge and was given a price quote for $175 - which I thought was a bit too much because the jeweler I bought the ring originally from in Seattle (more expensive and cost of living is higher) said they will resize it for about $100. So I was a bit confused as to why so much of a price gap. According to Tacori we should ask for our rings to be sent back to tacori to resize and fix to keep warranty in place but will research some more. read more

We had an amazing experience at the Kennesaw location of D.Geller & Son's. When my husband and I first walked in, I only knew that I wanted a diamond necklace but wasn't sure what kind of design or what carat to consider. However, thanks to amazing Ms. Fatima Bejarano, I was able find out which design suited me the best. Fatima stayed within our budget and found the perfect necklace for me. (She was also able to get us amazing price.) This necklace at the time was located at a different D. Geller & Son's, but Fatima brought it over to Kennesaw location in less than 24 hours for me to try on. She spent good 2 hours with me responding kindly to all my questions, and also even helped me custom the necklace to fit my exact needs. Fatima also asked the on-site jeweler to customize the necklace in less than 48 hours. I am very happy with my purchase but more than anything, I am grateful for such a pleasant experience at a jewelry shop. I can't wait to go back for a Christmas gift for myself. read more

Wish I could put zero stars. WORST jewelry browsing experience ever. First let me start by saying me and my fiancé are in the process of buying a house so we don't wanna drop 10k on a ring. Well we were looking and we told the lady we would want to stay around 3k. She said okay and pulled all these rings that were 5k+. Then she got annoyed and said she was leaving(WHICH SHE DIDNT) and sent another guy to "help" us. He was very rude and acted like 3k was nothing. He made the remark, with a budget like that you can get about a cheap band. I was furious. So he quoted me a 5k dollar ring which was 1/4K and told us this was a steal... So we left. I was ready to be done, but my fiancé insisted we go to Shane Co. They were amazing over there and we got a 1K center stone with outside diamonds. Go to Shane Co. It's a much more enjoyable process. I received a lovely garnet ring from my husband that he bought at this store. The sizing was wrong so I stopped by this store to see if I could get a ring guard of some sort. The ring will just barely go over my knuckle and then slips around to the back. The young man looked at the ring and told me that the ring (arthritic guard) would cost more than the ring and that maybe I should go to Walmart. Wow !!! I later found ring guards online for $5.00 or less. I thought D. Geller sold better rings than that. This was said in front of other customers.. I walked out of there not feeling so great.. and will never walk in there or any D. Geller store again. Customer service at its best!! Not!!! read more
