After a week of not hearing anything, I had to call them and they told my that both devices were fixable and provided me with quotes. I agreed to the repairs. After another two weeks of no communication, I called them again. They were able to fix my switch but the laptop was no where near being fixed (something about ordering a part but the supplier canceled their delivery after they bought it and did not provide any other updates?) Anyways I asked if i could pick up my devices bc i was frankly just over the whole ordeal and decided to just go to Geek Squad instead. They said I would have to come the next day, which I did. When I came, my laptop still wasn't ready and when I received it back, it was missing a few screws on the bottom. Overall, the lack of communication and poor treatment is why I personally will not be back. But he has good reviews and just from our conversation on Yelp and on the phone, I could tell he is friendly, has experience with pixel phones, and I can trust him. Matt was so chill, friendly, and funny. But still very professional and focused. He knew my phone situation was urgent so he helped me and delayed other stuff he was working on. He has 15 years of experience! I was able to stay the whole time and watch him work on my phone. Despite how he had to talk to a few customers while I was there, he still finished on time, in 1 hour.
