I brought my son's iPad in for repair, they took a look at it and instead of charging me $150 to fix it they let me know how much it cost new. The difference was only about $10. Not many people would've gone the extra mile to give me all of my options, they would have just charged me the $150 and sent me on my way. He even went over the benefits of even buying a newer generation and how the security features are supported on my old one compared to my new one. NEVER GO HERE ITS LIKE A SHEIN FACTORY. This is ridiculous I paid $300 to get the front and back of my phone fixed. They put on a screen that looked like 2016 filter and it would randomly turn off fully black and you had to wait at least 10 minutes for it randomly to come back on. I not once dropped my phone or anything and randomly lines went on my screen and got worse and worse. I brought it back and he took off the screen protector and the whole screen shattered and the back which is absolutely ridiculous. They don't actually FIX IT. They also wouldn't refund me or fix it because it was "cracked" but he cracked it or never fixed it. They said I can pay again to fix it but no. Turned it in on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't until Monday evening that I got a call that it was finished. ** BEWARE!!!** Warning to everyone looking to get their phone fixed!! Everything else was working perfectly fine until I brought my phone here to get a screen replacement. I brought it home, the screen was glitching so I brought it back. They said they'll replace it with another screen. Took it home after and the same thing happened again. I let it go because I know it's not a genuine Apple screen and it was still functional even with the glitch. The following days, I noticed my battery dying faster than normal, only lasting about an hour and my silent on/off button stopped working. I went back to Gadget Parts and they said they would have to charge me to fix it, gave me the price. I went home and thought about it. Decided to go to a competitor who charged less and when the phone was picked up, I was told that my silent on/off button was aftermarket, meaning Gadget Parts replaced my original factory button without my knowledge and most likely switched out my battery too. Please do not come here if you are an Apple user! I had my MBP 2011 have a simple trackpad replacement and they were unable to fix it. Worse part was they didn't admit their fault (installing a faulty trackpad). They created a 2nd problem (the initial issue was that my trackpad wasn't responsive, but it did click down, after they gave it back it didn't click down!). The sad part is they tried to pass off shoddy work, had me come by 2x (tried to tell me to come back a 3rd time), and didn't know how a trackpad is supposed to click?! Also the person who messaged me on Yelp gave me major incel vibes. Finally went to another place who said the connector/cable from the motherboard to where the trackpad clicks on was bent because they forced it to snap when it wasn't in the right position! Stay away! EDIT: the message that the business owner posted is false. The told me that they wouldn't know when the new trackpad would be in. He mentioned nothing about Tuesday which is why I told him I can't just leave my computer for an extended period Of time when I'm going to get it back. They also refused to give me a refund until I left and they called me back. read more

The cheapest location I know of to get your phone fixed! I had a large crack in my screen and was given the option to get the cheaper screen for $40 or the more expensive one for $60. That is very low compared to other spots in the area! I opted for the $40 screen as I was getting it fixed to later give to my mom, who's a very light phone user. I was told the cheaper screen would have a delayed touch screen response and would be less vibrant. I personally didn't notice any issues with the touch screen response. I can't speak on whether I've noticed any difference with the vibrancy as I haven't placed it side by side with another phone but it isn't noticeable enough for me. This shop had the screen fixed in an hour, as promised, and they even added a screen protector without me needing to do the yelp check in to claim the offer. I appreciated that! I ended up checking in anyway :) They were also the quickest and most responsive compared to other places I requested quotes from. I'll definitely be recommending to family and friends. read more

Josh is THE BEST in the business... He has the best prices, every time I walk in there he usually works on the issue on the spot for me and I walk out happy every single time with the repaired phone. Whether it be a cracked screen where he fixes it with a $10 cover, Or the charging end broke off and got stuck inside my charging port, he fixed it within 30 secs and didn't even charge me. He is sooo knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Besides phone repairs he actually was able to transfer all my old pictures from two different laptops that don't work anymore I'm talking 15 year old laptops (one can't even turn on anymore) onto a hard drive for me and now I can recover all my old pictures which I'm so thankful for!
