Dr. Thwaites makes all her appointments quick and easy, both in person and Telehealth. As a neurodivergent woman with multiple mental health issues, finding a medication balance has been a challenge but Dr. Thwaites has been very helpful and encouraging this whole time! She takes everything I say seriously and is willing to allow me to adjust my medications according to my suggestions to see if this new balance will work perfectly. My anxiety has completely vanished with my new medication balance that Dr. Thwaites and I came up with, now we just need to find the perfect balance with my other deficiencies. Because of Dr. Thwaites I can now sleep easily and relax without feeling stressed all day. She is the best doctor I've ever had!

My family enrolled in November after being told the clinic would be opening at that time. The…read moreopening date was repeatedly delayed, and I was not proactively informed--I had to follow up multiple times myself. The clinic did not open until February. During that period, we had two virtual visits and received flu shots. However, the clinic was not fully operational, and we were never scheduled for the physical exams we specifically requested for our family, despite asking to be contacted when the clinic opened. Communication and follow-through were ongoing challenges. I frequently had to reach out for updates, and did not consistently receive visit summaries or clear next steps after appointments. Billing was also an issue. I had to dispute charges while the clinic was not yet open, and later received an invoice for April despite not agreeing to continue membership and without any direct communication. After I reached out to dispute it, the invoice was removed and my account was closed. While I appreciate that resolution, it only occurred after I escalated the issue. I had previously asked to be contacted when the clinic opened so we could schedule physicals for my entire family, but I was never called. Instead, a general email was sent, and no one followed up to coordinate care--yet billing still moved forward. In the final communication, the responsibility for the billing situation was placed on me, which did not reflect my experience of needing to repeatedly follow up and not receiving direct communication as requested. I enrolled because I was looking for a primary care provider for my entire family--someone accessible, organized, and able to support all of us, including my autistic child. Instead, the experience was stressful and required constant follow-up on my end, which added more work rather than support. At no point did I feel supported as a patient or as a customer. Thankfully, I have since found a new primary care provider for my family in McKinney. While it requires a longer drive and higher cost, the level of communication and service has made it worth it. Overall, the level of communication, follow-through, and customer experience did not align with what was initially presented. If you are considering this clinic, I would recommend ensuring all services, timelines, and communication expectations are clearly defined and understood before enrolling.

I have called to speak with them, get the call center, leave a message, and then IF/when a call comes back I don't see it until I miss it. (That's my bad cell service at my home) SO I call back, ask for a direct #. They won't give it to me. That 3rd time I called, I explained my situation and the service rep offered to call the office for me...I waited on hold for her to try to get through TWICE! They never answered! They make it clear when u call, they want you to use the app and I do most of the time. But for goodness sake?!?! I needed to speak with a person about a timely issue and apparently there are none there to answer the phones.

I walked in at 10:02 and Melissa was checking me in. She said she would have to ask the practice manager if she could let me in and then I was telling her the situation about how I drove a far away just to be at this location and that I cannot account for the rain. Melissa literally has no sympathy and she didn't even turn around to ask the branch manager so I don't know if she was typing on her computer or what but literally 2 minutes at 10:02!! From the time it takes to park the small parking lot to walk in! Based on that alone and how frustrated I am, I will not be coming to this practice to reschedule. I will find somebody else who understands that nature is not one person's fault for 2 minutes late! At that point Melissa was literally just typing and got me to sign something and then told me the next available time which would be the 21st at 8 am. I said cancel because I'm just here today and tomorrow! Beware if you're 2 minutes late and it rains! There's no sympathy in this office! None of her other co-workers that were listening around the situation would even turn around to help! This office is cold. There's no "bedside manner"! Again,I CANNOT ACCOUNT FOR THE HEAVY RAIN IN MY AREA!!!!!!!! IT WAS 2 MINUTES!!!! I have attached screenshots of the weather forecast and the time posted while I sit in there parking lot and type this! 2 MINUTES!!!!!!

Words cannot express how well my ER visit went today. Thank you all so much! I was at this location this afternoon for a work related injury. I cannot remember the name of the ER in-take nurse but she was so helpful, kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job of getting me checked in and seen right away. Then I met Dr. Erin MacDonald Owens, she was friendly, caring, and listened to my concerns. She acted accordingly and facilitated my needs with Radiographs, oral medications given in hospital and prescriptions sent to my most convenient pharmacy. I then met the sweetest nurse, I apologize that I forgot her name! She helped me with all paperwork and assisted me in finding the correct information on my paperwork that I arrived with from my place of business. She was the best; so nice, very caring and stayed with me until I fully understood everything going on. She did not leave me until I had all questions answered. Thank you, to an amazing female nurse that comforted an anxious patient. Then I met Paul, he came in and performed radiographs of my Left elbow/forearm. He had the greatest personality, he even allowed me to joke about my veterinary career field. He was so gentle, funny, and put my mind at ease so I could continue with Dr. Owens's orders. After some time I met Brooke, whom fitted me with a sling to help comfort my injured arm. She made me laugh and is clearly very experienced in her field of medicine. I want to say thank you to the amazing team of nurses and Dr. You all greatly contributed to easing my mind and understand today's course of action.
