Update based on the owners response: I still stand by my review. Again, communication is KEY. Don't take peoples hard earned money on a luxury item and give them less than premium with out any communication. My feedback about Kroger is that their flowers are clearly superior. We've always gotten good quality from them and they are kind people. We will make sure we buy from there moving forward as well as tell others. Next time just apologize. Everyone is dealing with COVID right now, a simple phone call and and an I'm sorry" would have made it right. Buyer beware. What you see online is not what you get. My mom purchased me flowers for my birthday. The first photo is what she ordered and the 2nd was what arrived. Though they are pretty there is a price difference between carnations and spider mums. The same with the white wax flowers. It was obvious they filled the vase up with cheaper flowers and kept the price the same... this is wrong. My mom felt frustrated because flowers are expensive. When she called she was advised they are a "mom and pop shop" and " that's just what they had on hand." And "Covid" If you are a mom and pop shop then your word and ethics are what will keep you open. If you ran out of that product then call the person purchasing. Take the photo down if you don't have it, and put a big disclaimer that you may not even have those flowers. Your substitution policy should be based on cost... not just substituting in cheaper product we can purchase at Kroger. It's Christmas time and the purchaser will most likely never see what they purchased... don't take advantage of that. if I ever purchase flowers in the future, it will not be from here. Hopefully your shop can be honest in the future for someone else. read more

Flowers look nice. They like to use Ball jars for vases- which can be cute. Delivery is quick and polite. The flowers don't last very long though. We've had three separate bouquets that, despite daily water changes, are wilted, brown and sad by the third day. Our bouquet of 8 stargazer lilies came with only two lilies open. One more lily opened on day 2, the other 5 never opened. Customer service when shopping in store is nice enough. Store is very cluttered and crowded with collectible and decorative stuff everywhere. I'll use this florist again when I'm in a pinch since we live nearby, but for my florist needs that need to be quality, I'll go elsewhere. read more

So disappointed! I ordered a beautiful arrangement with roses and tulips that included a beautiful vase....the arrangement that was delivered had the wrong vase and no tulips (gerber daisies instead), it's currently tulip season, I can only assume the were left out to fill the order cheaper especially since Celina's did not respond to my email directly to them or to the complaint submitted through FTD. I also paid an extra fee for same day delivery and the flowers weren't delivered until the next day...FTD refunded that fee. The flowers that were delivered were ok but not what I ordered and not worth the $90 I was charged (before additional fees). Save your money and grab a bouquet from your local grocery store florist for less than half the cost. read more

Well I would give a 1/2 star if possible.. For this Valentines Day which is still not officially over yet? And still have not heard from the Celina Florist Shop..After sending them and E-Mail with pictures attached and also a message to them! It started on Friday when my husband ordered flowers from Teleflora(Big Mistake) since they opted this Floral Shop to make the arrangement he ordered, Only to receive a mug full of MINI FLOWERS that other Floral Shops use ONLY for FILLERS in their arrangements it was the height of 9 inches WITH MUG included so that tells you the size of flowers they used in this arrangement so they WILTED overnight so they actually brought a NEW ONE same size same LITTLE FILLER flowers and took back the old one! WELL once again they WILTED and dropped overnight. Hence the e-mails and messages. NOT RETURNED YET? I'm sorry but this is not a reputable floral shop who can deliver such Flowers of this quality and size? Be warned! ;-((( read more
