Well, we ended up going back yesterday because my husband dropped his phone on the concrete and the screen completely stopped working--just like what happened to my iPad before. I told him about this place and we decided to come here after trying T-Mobile and the Apple Store, which were both extremely busy since it was a Saturday. They let us know the repair would take about an hour. It ended up taking a little longer--about two hours--but considering it was a Saturday at a very busy mall, we completely understood. Instead of stressing about the wait, we just enjoyed some time walking around the mall with our family. Overall, we had another great experience and really appreciated their work. The guy even made up excuses on why he was charging more like it was a newer better screen from before and they haven't updated the new price. I didn't want to hear it. And the whole "pay in cash." When we returned to the shop and explained the situation, they refused to honor their warranty. No repair, no replacement, no accountability whatsoever. For a business that charges for professional repairs, this level of service is completely unacceptable. A quality screen should last well beyond three weeks, and any reputable repair shop should stand behind their work. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration go somewhere that uses quality parts and actually honors their warranty. This place does neither.
