The phone had been working just fine, and I only wanted to be proactive in getting it fixed. Fast-forward three days after their repair, and the same lens is cracked again, despite no drops, bumps, or accidents. I took it back, assuming a business with "CPR" in the name might stand by their work. Wrong. They claimed the crack was due to a "puncture" and refused to honor their warranty, even though I had done absolutely nothing to cause damage. I asked what good a warranty is if it doesn't cover a repair that clearly didn't hold up, and they basically shrugged it off. Honestly, I would have been better off keeping the original, lightly cracked lens than paying for a replacement that failed within days. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this place with a phone case, let alone a repair.

They were extremely knowledgable about the screen repair I needed for my iPhone. They were able to complete work in about an hour and my phone looked brand new and worked great. Their repairs come with a 90 day warranty. They were even raising money for cancer research on the day that I came in! These guys are legit! I would recommend you take any broken devices to them before trashing it! They will even buy your old device from you if you are upgrading! Great stuff!
