Place is a joke, don't go there. I was told one price, I was told I needed a whole new housing for a iPhone 12 Pro Max, when all that was wrong was my back glass was cracked, put a deposit down, was told a week, waited over 3. Was told it was a supply issue. Price changed after I put deposit down to over 200 dollars. The tall kid is a plain and simply a Moran (just think stoner) that just walks back and forth and talks to the manager in the back room. They have a sign in window saying because of staffing issues they are closed on sundays. Who's running this place. Long story short, after multiple / multiple / multiple calls and long hold times to get answered from automated answering machine to one of the two stores FL or TN. They didn't have my part. I demanded my money back. I was just done. They tried to charge me a restocking fee after a month of waiting For a part they didn't even have. The Moran kid walked back and forth 3 times till I said let me talk to whoever your talking to. Manager looked like a mini version of the tall Moran. He finally refunded my money. I called a place on Sebastian Blvd in Sebastian, (not going to promote another store by giving the name of place) but not only did they have the part in stock, in any color, found out I didn't need whole housing, it was 1/3rd of the price, I literally drove right to their store they fixed it in a hour. read more

BUYER, BEWARE: In July 2021, I contacted the owner of Cell Medic about selling my store computers after closing my business. He stated that he would be able to sell them if they were in sets --Tower, Monitor, Keyboard, mouse, and all cables and cords included. I dropped off FIVE complete sets mid-July. I contacted him throughout July and August to see if there was any activity and asked what they'd sell for. He said there was no activity and he still wasn't sure what he could sell them for. In September, he contacted me and said he had a buyer in Port St. Lucie and asked if I would be willing to accept $375 per set after his cut. We agreed and I was told that the items were transferred to the PSL store pending the sale. By November, I hadn't heard from him so I reached out again. He said he hadn't heard from the woman. I said okay, maybe they'd sell for Christmas. At the end of December, after not hearing anything, I decided to pick up my items at the Port St Lucie store. When we went there, the store was closing for good and the sales person didn't have my computers. He phoned the owner, who said they were back in the Vero store. I went to Vero. They didn't have all the items. They didn't even know what I was talking about. I messaged the owner. He said he'd get them together for me and to come back. After then battling Covid for 5 weeks, (my entire family had it) I went in on March 10th, and found my keyboards and mice were on sale with other random items! I contacted the owner AGAIN. He assured me they'd all be together and waiting for me, so I said I'd be back March 15th to get everything - giving him even more time. The last time I went, March 15th, they still didn't have my items ready. In fact, they could only find the components to 2 complete sets. At that point, I phoned the IRC Sheriff's Dept. to send someone out to witness the events taking place. The sales person kept walking out from the back room, asking "Is this your monitor?" and "Is this it?" I kept replying "No". In total, I went to the Vero store 3 times and the PSL store once to get my items. Every time I went in, they couldn't find everything, even though each time the owner said all my items were waiting for me. When you hand over your cell phone and computer, you have private information on them, your credit cards, pictures, etc. You are giving these people permission to access your secure data. I now have to take them to court for the theft of 3 computers. The owner is no longer in town. He's refused to pay me the agreed-upon price for the computers he took from me. Took a Motorola phone with bad charging port to the Vero Beach store on July 2 (perhaps earlier). Made arrangements to have it repaired. I was told it would take a while, as they needed to order the part. OK, I get it, you can't keep every part in inventory. I was also told they would need to remove the screen to make the repair and if they broke the screen, I would be responsible for buying a new one. Seemed odd, but OK. I received an email on July 8, saying the phone was ready for pick up. I had family in town, so didn't go to get it until the 17th. I was told the phone was in their Port St Lucie store. I asked if the phone could be mailed to my home and was told that it would be sent, so I paid for the repair and left, confident that I'd have the phone in a few days. Well, today is August 10 and I still don't have the phone. Messages asking for an update have largely gone unanswered. The one time I spoke with the supposed owner, he said "I mailed it". I asked when it had been mailed and he dismissively said "If you don't have it in a few days, call me again." Talk about poor customer service! Non-existent is more like it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I took my iPhone 6 there with a blank screen. Was told the screen was bad - Will replaced the screen and the total was ~$130. One hour later, on the way home to Orlando, the screen went blank again. I call Will when I got home - he told me that the screen was fine and that a chip was bad and that I needed a new phone. Took phone to an iPhone fix shop in Kissimmee, called Doktor Phone Fix It. In 5 minutes, he had the phone apart and did diagnostics - the BRAND NEW SCREEN WAS BAD - he looked it over and said it was very poor aftermarket quality. He replaced that screen and the phone works great, now for 2 weeks. I went into the store today, explained what had happened, spoke with Will and the manager, who called the owner. NO REFUND. Do NOT use this store to fix your phone, your computer or anything else. read more

Worst company ever! They never fixed my tablet after 4 months now they're closed and I never got one call to pick up my tablet that they never bothered to fix!!!! Some people should never be allowed to conduct business. Now the new owner claims that some devices were left behind but my receipt with the serial number on it doesn't help him locate my tablet! Not sure what's going on with the store but it's not run well. I brought in an iPad to get fixed and was told they needed to order the screen, which I found odd. That is your business and not an uncommon part to keep. Young man told me I had to pay first so they could order the part I should've walked out then. Stupidly I paid on the 23rd of the month and was told would be ready in two-three days. Called on the 25, nope screen not delivered. So I call again on the 27th they Have received the part and stated they would work on it right away, the iPad was still in my possession. They were supposed to call me when the part came in and I would bring it to them so I deliver it on the 27th and I'm told that it will be done by five so I called then To see if I can pick it up and was told it wouldn't be able to get done today but they would do it first thing in the morning on the 28th and Would call me. Of course they didn't call so I called them around noon and was told that he would try to get to it today. I objected and he stated they were very busy and he will try for this afternoon. I dropped my Apple Watch off on Friday April 2nd to get my broken screen fixed and was told I would have my watch back in a week. I called the next Friday April 9th to see if my watch was ready and they told me they had received a faulty shipment and my watch would be available for pick up that following Monday. I called yesterday to see if my watch was available and ready for me and they said that their technician called me on Friday to let me know that when they fix the screens on Apple Watches the process of separating the glass and LCD screen that that they can damage the LCD screen and I would be responsible for the $185 repair to my screen. I spoke with Savannah last night and told her my watch was fixed and ready to go home and then today another person Joe called and told me that the battery was bad and it needed to be replaced. They are taking care of the fee for replacing the battery on the watch but I will have to wait till Friday April 16th to pick up my watch. I appreciate them fixing the battery free of charge but this process has been extremely frustrating and if I were you I would take your business elsewhere. This place seems very disorganized and they don't have the parts for products that they fix in stock so you spend a lot of time waiting for then to order and then repair your products. read more

Brought in for a screen repair.phone was working normally as per YOUR tests. They ordered the wrong colored back screen but said ok not knowing it was going to leave me with a silver fingerprint button and SIM card holder. Picked up phone and obviously it wasn't checked prior because the screen was like a Xmas light package with all the pixels broken and flashing. Tech said, oops we will order another one. I come back and the screen again, doesn't work correctly as now the swipe button doesn't work. The owner Joe is there and says order another screen from a different vendor to his tech. I bring it back again and was told they won't fix it because the 2nd bad screen has been scratched since I had it from Friday to Monday. I told them that if the screen was that important, they should have kept the phone. It was never dropped or scratched over that weekend while in my possession. Meanwhile, they didn't tell me that until I got there so a wasted trip. I explained the situation and was told the owner would decide. Since he was there, when the 2nd screen didn't work he approved the change. I return yet again after receiving a call it was ready for pick up.upon arrival AGAIN, the screen had not been changed and the tech said he would have it ready in an hour. My wife arrives this time to be told that it wasn't the screen (which had worked properly prior and for their check out) and that more testing and costs (already $256 onto this). They tell her that i dropped it and I cause the additional damage even though it has been in their possession most of the time. I tell her to go back and get it as im not paying another dime. After I pick the phone up, it cannot get a cell signal, charge nor does the screen work properly. read more
