Great small biker-owned business. I have bought several stainless steel necklaces and many Damascus & D2 blades from them over the years, and have been very happy with everything. I did need assistance one time due to an anodizing issue on one of the chains. They hooked me up wih a new replacement and told me to just keep the original chain. They have some of the coolest blade designs out there. Their Damascus is the real deal too. I met the owner, Mark, one time at a rally, and he was a super nice guy. Highly recommended. read more

I bought a knife from them and after some research about where my knife was actually made, I found that they are very sneaky with the wording and make out-and-out false claims about the merchandise. First of all, they claim that "every dollar stays in the USA" and fall short of telling the public where the items are made. After doing some research, I found that the knives are made in Pakistan, so NOT EVERY DOLLAR is staying in the USA. they get nasty or ignore you all together when you ask where an item is made. This is why. The other issue is that they claim the blades are Damascus steel. Not true. It's a fake Damascus pattern and you can tell because the pattern doesn't not continue into the tang. It stops short of the handle, indicating a printed or pressed pattern. Many bikers that have bought these knives also made claims that they rusted in a week with no use. Mine has not done that; mainly because I can't find a belt that will fit through the poorly made leather sheath, so it sits in my knife cabinet. I'm a knife collector and thought this was a deal, but now I'm finding out that it's not. I probably could have bought a similar knife at a gun show for $15. It just isn't a good value! UPDATE: So, the owner replied with the typical insults, but he will not answer the two questions that everyone asks: 1. Where are the knives made? 2. If they are true Damascus, why does the pattern stop at the tang? I guess he can stop all the negative social media videos and Reddit threads about the company if he just honestly addresses these questions. And like I said, my knife hasn't rusted because it's put away due to the poor sheath quality, but others report issues with it rusting after a week. read more

Hello, I have tried to call now over the past few month and I'm just getting administrative folks on the phone or perhaps even just the kiosk workers (at your shop) and not the manager and not the owner so I'm going to leave this message here my first product that I received from sanity jewelry was very good quality and I have enjoyed it. Because of this, I placed a second order and the order never came. I have been an advocate of your knives to other people, but because I am not getting a response or attention to the fact that my package was never received through United States Postal Service I am going to start badly reviewing this company. I will also no longer be ordering your product. I have tried to work with your staff on an amicable resolution. Including a replacement order at your cost. I may even include the Better Business Bureau, a dispute on my credit card, or filing with the small claims court. This is a small amount of money to me, but the matter of attention on this issue has not been professional, and so therefore the insult is personal also the lack of professionalism when I call in specifically talking to Kim was astounding to me. I understand that this is a relatively small company but if you want to grow, you will need to work on the area of your Customer Service and Support. I asked a simple question on their Facebook page that was inquiring where their knives were made. That's really all it said is, "Where are these knives made?" A friend and I took a trip to Daytona Florida to visit with family, one of the things that we decided to do was drive to visit Sanity which is a little more than 100 miles each way from where we were. I have to say, I and my friend both are so very happy that we did! Upon entering the store, we were greeted with a smile and we both felt very comfortable with the staff that was helping to assist us with a huge selection of exquisite products! We both ended up leaving the store with multiple bags for our purchases! The latching mechanism on my bracelet would occasionally come apart and finally came apart at 60 mph while riding my bike. The cars behind me ran over the bracelet makin it even worse. Sanity first offered a replacement for the cost of shipping, which I was on board with. later they change their stance and would replace it for half cost and shipping. I was told that I should have bent the latching mechanism so it would be more secure. This may not be the place to get your goods if you plan to wear them while riding. read more
