Tuesday they said they do not know why it wasn't delivered yet but the mail is behind because of the snow storm up north but the part should be here the next day and will be ready for pick up then. I go there the next day and was told it was on the truck and Fed Ex should be delivering it later and will be ready for pick up the next day. Thursday I called and was told it was still on the truck waiting for delivery. I asked for the tracking number and found out that they ordered it YESTERDAY and next day shipped it and it is not being shipped by FedEx but by UPS. So this WHOLE WEEK they have been lying to me!!! I stopped by to talk to the owner who took off when he heard I was coming down there to speak to him and would not answer the phone!!!WTF. He knows he sucks and is punk and a horrible business man. I finally I go there and as I walked away, my part was delivered. They fixed the part for me within 30 minutes (fast right!) but fast is not always good. The vibration piece was not put in correctly and when I brought it to their attention before leaving they said to go home and place a book on it because maybe the adhesive pulled it loose. I did that over night and that did not work. I started texting on my phone and all of a sudden the screen start wobbling and streaks across my screen of different colors and then black and gray and then my screen went blank. So they didn't put the LCD screen on correctly either!!!!!! And the notification light is off too! One good thing I can say about this place is that one of the gentlemen and female are nice and show that they care. The problem is is that they cannot order the part themselves. They have to rely on the owner to actually order the part. The owner does not care about good service. No wonder there is a sign for no refunds!
