But after I said what was wrong with it he laughed in my face and tells me that it could be worse and I should just buy a new phone because it could be the motherboard even though he didn't diagnose it yet he gives me a false claim and laughs at my face just because I wanted to share what I thought could be wrong too. After I left the phone with Mario for a bit, he was able to half-fix it (he managed to turn it on and diagnose the digitizer broken), and offered to charge only $10 for his time spent. Mario also did a good job describing what happened, what to do next, and how he wouldn't scam me by charging for a new phone part when I may need another, etc. etc. He recommended to buy another phone. I thought this was exceptional and professional customer service. His manager, Matt, was also very understanding and helpful. All in all, I would recommend going to them. Definitely one of those hole-in-the wall businesses that need to be appreciated in the spotlight.
