Why write ahead and they don't check. (1) samsung fold need to repair inner screen. *they tell me we don't repair if I have samsung care + that I need to send it to samsung. I went their to avoid waiting a week to ship and to receive. That was the point. They say no but they have stickers on the window saying samsung authorized here. To get the TV in and out the store they use a boggie type that could easily scratch your TV, not to mention the the uncomfortable parking space. I would not recommend this place at all, there's better options out there.
