You go in the front door and straight up a rather steep flight of stairs, where you'll find a couple of counters and phone accessory displays. One lone guy was working that Sunday but he was happy to help. I have an iPhone 6S which is a few years old now, but they nonetheless had different colours of replacement screen in stock, and he quoted me a great price to do the replacement. Unfortunately he'd injured his wrist recently so said he'd take a little longer than normal, but I left the phone with him for an hour and went to do some shopping over on Gateway and it was all done by the time I came back. Super helpful and friendly service, good prices, and they seem to keep a good stock selection of spare screens too. He even threw in a tempered glass protector for free. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone needing replacement phone glass, and although I hope I won't need another replacement any time soon, I'll certainly go back if I do need a new screen again. It's a pretty good deal since many companies rip you off with cell phone sales now, most people go online to buy a phone for much cheaper and then try and get it unlocked. They also do cell phone repairs and prices range from $22 to $170, they can even fix some water damages phones. Some people give up on their cell phones when something goes wrong because the original companies are such a burden to deal with. I suggest you bring your phone in here and get them to take a look before you wire them off.

My review with the Mobile Klinik, Sherwood Park location, begins when I received a notification on…read moremy phone regarding a charging issue with my Pixel 6a. Google issued a warranty service announcement regarding the battery where there was greater potential for battery failure/explosion after receiving 375 charging cycles. As my phone reached this level, I was informed by Google to get my battery replaced under warranty at an authorized repair centre. The closest Google authorized repair centre near me is Mobile Klinik, Sherwood Park location. I received Googles battery notification just prior to Christmas. Upon checking online for verification that I qualified for replacement, I contacted Mobile Klinik and spoke to one of their technicians, explained the situation. Mobile Klinik had the battery in stock, however, due to the nature of the repair, often times the screen will need to be replaced due to cracking while disassembling the phone. As I needed a new screen anyways, a choice was made to hold off on the repair until a replacement screen could be sourced and provided. I called mid January to check on the progress of my repair and was informed that another Mobile Klinik had replacement screens for my phone and arrangements had been made to transfer the screens to the Sherwood Park location. Calling the following week, while speaking with a female at the store, I was informed that no record of my repair was pending. Further, I was told that the battery was not covered under a warranty repair (as per Google) and I would be charged for the battery, screen (which I would have been anyways) and all labour. The quote was in excess of $300.00; far more than what my phone is worth. Needless to say, I didn't follow through with the work. Returning to Google, I proceeded with an alternative pathway for compensation for the defective battery and received a pay out for USD$100.00, transferred to my bank account. I went online and sourced a new screen and battery for my phone at a fraction of the price quoted by Mobile Klinik and will be conducting my own repair of which I am more than capable of. I would not recommend and will not proceed with the Mobile Klinik Sherwood Park location for any repair or purchase going forward.

I was nervous about not using an Apple battery but i didn't want to pay their price for an older phone. The owner is extremely fair, and polite. My battery was done in a half hour, and worked like a charm for several years. A few weeks ago, i needed another battery replacement, and the same owner had it taken care of in a half hour. Then, unfortunately, a week ago i dropped my phone, and the pixels and screen were wrecked. After researching a fair price elsewhere, i went back to fastfix and within 40 minutes i had a like new phone. Don't hesitate to get mobile repairs here! I researched going online and ordering the parts, as I can get installation done at home, but after coming to this business twice in the past, I have seen that he does the right job. I won't have to worry that something won't work after a few weeks... His prices are excellent, and his attitude seems to be that he cares a lot about doing good work. I plan on buying a newer phone at the end of the year and i won't hesitate to return to this business when i need any repairs!
