It usually takes me forever to find a cute phone case that's also practical, but once I went to their kiosk at Santa Anita Mall it was super easy. The guy who helped us today was super helpful in informing me about what the popular cases are and which ones are most protective out of those selections. He also wiped down my phone for me and helped out every case on to help me see what they would look like. I typically don't spend this much ($39 with tax) on a case, but the quality of this case is much better than my $13 to $20 case options I usually get. Plus it's nice to actually be able to have as many options as I did versus ordering online and having to pay shipping or going into a popular electronic store like Best Buy with limited options. These guys did an incredible job when I though all was lost. I had dropped my phone one too many times and, this time, the screen was just a series of horizontal lines. I hadn't backed the phone up, so I thought hundreds of important photos and other data were lost for good. I took the phone into Cellairis in the Santa Anita mall at 8:40pm (the mall closes at 9pm) on a Saturday night. I nervously asked if there was any hope for the phone. The guy said "no problem, we'll get this good as new." I expected to leave the phone at least overnight. I asked when it might be ready and was blown away when the repair guy said, come back just before the mall closes. It took them 15 minutes! The price was way less than I would have been willing to pay in my panicked state. Can't recommend this little mall kiosk enough. read more

Love this place! The customer service was great. My sister and I went to go get our phones fixed since they were extremely cracked. The service was fast and we are satisfied with the end product. The price was good. A week later I had some technical issues with my phone so I went back to make sure everything was done correct. Very unprofessional business. The guy said he'd fix my phone. He replaced screen and put a new battery. My wife and I were happy because it was only $90 as opposed to buying a new phone for 4-5 times that. But afterwards I noticed the phone was working worse than before. I asked him to check it out and he fooled around with it for 20 minutes in front of me. He was texting and eating food and just fidgeting around with my phone which was obviously not fixed. He kept doing the same things over and over expecting something different to happen but the phone just did not respond. I said not to worry about it, I'll pay you for your labor and you can refund me for the parts. He said no refunds. What? No refunds? So you don't fix the phone and then you expect me to pay? Wow. Then he said, wait few days and see if it gets better while he orders new parts. So I guess I'm supposed to hope my phone makes a recovery on its own, as if it's not a machine but instead an animal with an immune system. He said he'd call me and of course he never did. If you go here just make sure you know that no matter what happens, fixed phone or not, you won't be getting a refund. If that's the type of service you want then go here. But if you want assurance that your phone will be fixed or your money back then there are many MANY other places to go to that will give you that guarantee. read more

Do not even think of going there. You're supposed to be able to wait while it's worked on but I was told that it'd be ready by 7pm which was about 5 hours away. Comes 7 it wasn't ready. I called around 8:30 and was told it needed another part and wouldn't be ready till the following day. That was a complete BS. I went back there to get my unit back immediately and the unit hadn't even been touched. Come to think of it the guy whose name is Hossain was using an iPad with cracked screen himself to put the business info in so that should have been a give away. This guy is a bozo! I called him from La Verne to see if he could fix my Galaxy S4 charging port, and he said, no problem come on down! I drive 30 minutes in traffic. He sees the phone, and starts digging through his boxes for the part, then suddenly says, "I don't think the charging port is the problem, you should just get a new phone, I'll put the new part in, but I'm sure it won't work, come back in 30 minutes"... I came back in 20 minutes, sure enough he said it didn't work, and no charge for the effort. I knew he never even opened the phone to check it out! So 30 minutes later, I went to Hot Spot Wireless Repair in San Dimas, and she fixed my phone in 10 minutes for the same price he quoted! I love this place! They do amazing work on all my phones. I am very clumsy, so Hossein always takes care of me. The first time I came to him was when I shattered my screen. I had taken it to a different place a day before & they said they couldn't fix my screen. I work at this mall & noticed his kiosk and said why not just ask why they couldn't fix it. Please do not waste your money at this place! Hussein supposedly fixed my phone. After messing it up and me calling him out on it. His response was "when you get into a car accident, no matter how much you fix your car, it will never be fixed like it was initially. Same thing goes for your phone. These are not factory screens we are using" after much back & forth, he wouldn't give me my phone as I refused to pay him $90 for something that was not fixed!!! I went there to replace my iPhone screen and they broke my phone during the repair and even though they sent it to their shop to repair the inside my phone was never the same after. Afterwards My camera quality was poor and so was the brightness on my screen.my phone was glitching really bad for a few months as well. I recently just got my screen replaced again because the screen was falling off and cracked under my protective glass. The repairman said there was a loose screw and the camera wasn't pushed in correctly. He also said the screen they put on was very poor knock off quality and that is why it cracked underneath my screen. Do not come here, it's a waste of money and even if they lower the price it's still not worth the risk. I'm not surprised if the switched out parts either.. read more

This used to be our go to place for our iphone repairs. They were always reasonable pricing and great quality. I went in November to fixed my cracked screen and within the same month for $75+tax which is reasonable for my 6s. Within the month i came back because the corner screen started to lift and when i took it out of the case it cracked. When I came back to get it repaired he gave me a whole lecture on why he would have to charge me full price because it was damaged and did not apply to the 30 day warranty. After arguing with him about how the screen lifting and cracking was because of their application he only charged me for the "application fee" which was still $50. THEN, not even two weeks later the same corner of my screen lifted again! I refuse to go back and get charged for poor quality! This used to not be the case but this last year Cellairis quality has really gone down and we will not be going back. I want to say that it's just the Santa Anita location but just after a couple months my sister's screen started to lift and she took her phone back to the Covina Mall and told her they would charge her full price for a "fix". Poor quality and as customers you are losing your loyalty! read more
