came to this cellairis location two months ago for a screen protector and case. first I came and they were closed for lunch in the middle of the day? weird they don't have two people working at a mall location. manager named hossein applied screen protector and gave me case. price was high but ok. two days later the screen protector began peeling. went back and he refused to replace the screen protector, said he would give me a discount on a new one. I wasn't really happy so I complained to corporate cellairis. they told me they would give me a coupon to use online but couldn't do anything about the rude employee because it is franchised. three weeks ago sent my sister and her daughter back there to get their phone fixed since the screen was cracked. the same guy hossein was working. he was flirting with my niece and she is only 17 years old, asked for her Snapchat information when she was sitting in a chair next to the coffee bean while the phone was being fixed. very inappropriate, guy is probably 27-28 years old. when they got home they realized the phone was acting strange. screen is not as sensitive anymore and the software is very slow! I went back with her phone to see if we could get a refund because the phone is broken, but he said no! he actually started yelling in the mall, cursing at us. tried to complain to security but they were not there. we wrote to mall management and they said they have had many problems with this guy and customers but they cannot fire him because owners of cellairis location are his friends. He should have been report to police! very bad business practices and I will be taking this to corporate again 6/24 they deleted my honest review but it is legitimate, people need to know frauds 6/26 cellairis had my review deleted three times now and I will contact yelp mtself. this is only reason they have almost 5 stars is because they manipulate fraud with yelp. Lord , life decided to make me trip and fall and crack my iPhone 6s after just breaking my phone a month ago at baegas. Who would of knew luck was not on my side ! After a couple of phone calls and searching for the best place to fix my phone , I decided to go with Cellairis in Arcadia Mall . They offered me the best price on phone compared to the other 3 Pasadena location I called and check . Yay . One good thing . Upon arriving Hossein , one of the workers greeted my nicely and asked me what I needed. He remember I was that chick on the phone call earlier who needed a new screen ! After walking around the mall and everything , my phone came back all fixed and ready to use ! They were so generous they even helped me charge my phone . Grateful for there wonnnndril service ! I would highly recommend staying away from purchasing a phone case from this booth. The cases are very cheap and will not last although they may appear great and match your phone in color. I purchased two iPhone 6S Plus one in rose gold and one in space gray. The charger hole is too small if you've purchased charging cables from Amazon. The metal frame will break around the microphone port because the sheet metal is just too thin. Taking your three day old scratch free, drop free, crack free case back to them will do nothing. The $24 dollars per case will not give you any warranty, not even a discount towards another one. You'll end up using just the clear silicon portion with sharp edges until you buy a new one from a reputable dealer. Buyer beware! read more

I highly recommend Cellairis at the Santa Anita mall! I initially went in to have my shattered screen replaced. Hossein was very friendly and professional and provided excellent customer service. My phone was fixed quickly! When I had to come in a week later for another issue, again Hossein saved the day! He offered expert customer service and fixed my phone in no time. Shattered my black iPhone 7 Plus a little after 4:00 pm. Made some calls to places charging $150-$200. One place could do it next week ... yah, right. Called Cellaris and they told me they could do it right now in 45 minutes for $125. I need my phone for work, so even going overnight without wasn't an option.
