I gave up looking for phone cases at the mall because there are other ways to get a wonderful case and at a fair price. However, upon discovering Cellairis, I have heard from them in the past. It was known for repairing broken and cracked phone screens, but thankfully I paid a visit for a better reason. They had some of the most prettiest and high quality cases that I was thankful to stumble upon. I instantly had warm welcoming service from an associate by the name of Jahmon Gaines and he was incredible! They even sell Fidget Spinners here which made me feel like it was a sign to finally purchase one for my little sister, whom her birthday is on the 3rd of this month. The prices of the phone cases are incredibly affordable. I thought the phone case I picked out was going to be in the 30's-40's range for price, however, it was only $26.00! I loved that a lot. The additional purchase of the Fidget Spinner was only $10.00 extra, which is on average $3 more than the competitor's price. I still enjoyed getting both items and making me visit worthwhile. The only cons is the smell of the phone case. It has that artificial paint smell, (very strong smell) and made me otherwise that I can lessen the smell. When we went back to fix it, they claimed that was our doing. Lol. What a joke. The employees are horrible to interact with and the service was garbage. Never go here. Went here for a screen replacement as I was going on a trip for the holidays and needed it done in a short amount e of time. They charged me $140 for a new iPhone 7 screen. First off- I was assured that it was the same display and screen as the original iPhone when it's not. Right from the get go I realized the subpar pixelation and the colors were off. Also dynamic touch for background movement does not work. Just today lines started running across the screen. Take your iPhone to the apple store it is worth the wait, plus the salespeople there are like used car salesmen and pressure sell everything. Stay away unless you want to deal with a subpar malfunctioning screen that costs more than the apple store. Update- I went back on Black Friday because my screen was so bad I could barely see anything at times. They replaced the screen and now there's a "light spot" on the screen. lol have to take it back again. So a total of 3 visits in 10 days. This place is the worst! read more

My iPhone screen cracked and stopped working at around 5:30pm on a Saturday and I called Cellairis to see if they had time for a repair that day. The store manager Jahmon told me to come by and he'd fix it for me. Even managing the whole place by himself, he had it done in less than an hour, which is incredible. He was really nice and did a great job fixing my screen and helping me find a protective cover and new case for my phone, as well. I was so impressed by the speed, quality, and professionalism I experienced with Cellairis. Jahmon brought my phone back to life and I couldn't be more thankful for the emergency phone repair help! Major bummer. Was having a difficult time making my appointment to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed so figured I'd try this place instead. I was charged $150 for screen repair and everything seemed fine when I walked out of the store. On closer inspection, the screen colors and tint were definitely off. Several abnormal pixels started to develop, too. Later I noticed that the touch sensitivity wasn't the same and proxy sensor wasn't working (Every time I'd hold my phone to my ear it would actually click over to speaker phone or try to FaceTime the person that I was talking with). In taking the phone back for answers, the clerk offered me another "new" screen, but a refund was out of the question. Why would I want another screen that still doesn't work!? Can't recommend this place enough! I came in with a completely destroyed phone (legitimately was run over by a car), and wasn't even positive the phone was still alive. The staff at this store is great! Unfortunately, the return policy is not. I purchased an otter box telephone case for my new phone. I used a credit card for payment and, then, I returned the phone the next day as it did not fit my needs. I then went to Cellairis to return the case and was told no returns only exchanges. When I said I had just purchased the case, the staff member said that is a Cellairis rule. I then returned the new case to the Apple store (for a full refund), went back to the Cellairis store to do the exchange, and was told I didn't owe any money as the case he gave to me was an even better case. Best Phone Repair!!!! I needed a new glass for my iPhone 6s, they were able to repair it with 20min,when I had asked the apple store to repair they said it would take at least 3 hour wait. I had just left the apple store a couple of doors down, when I came to cellaris. My iPhone 6s Plus wasn't able to charge. Apple was able to squeeze me in 2.5 hours later after diagnosing that there was a small piece of debris stuck in the charging dock. I had a 4 yo and 1 yo with me so this time frame was going to be very challenging. Thoroughly disappointed!! I purchased a groupon to get the screen on my old iPhone 5s replaced. *Note: you have to schedule an appointment 3 days in advance when using a groupon. Anyway, I scheduled my appointment for October 3rd. About 1 hour before my scheduled appointment I got a call informing me that they were canceling my appointment because they did not have the part in stock to fix my iPhone. Right....because you didn't know until 1 hour before that you didn't have this part in stock...but I thought you were a phone repair shop.....ok never mind, my bad for assuming. They told me that they would receive their shipment in on Wednesday, October 7th and it would be ready that same day for me to pick up by the end of business. Wednesday came and went and still no phone. I called to get an update on the status of my phone and was told that they still hadn't received the shipment of parts in and they actually did not know when they would be receiving them. He knew I was upset, so he agreed to talk to his manager to see if anything could be done. I received a call back saying that my only option was to wait for them to get the parts back in stock or ask groupon for a refund! Wtf? Groupon only refunds purchases within 3 days of purchase, it had already been over a week! More than 2 weeks after my original appointment I finally got my phone back. I came in at 845pm to get my screen and LCD fixed. They close at 9pm and I was panicked bc I was leaving for a trip in the morning and I just cracked my screen that night. Mark didn't even hesitate and told me he could have my screen fixed in 20 minutes and he was right. What a life saver. Had IPhone 7 screen repaired. took phone home and removed the protective film that was left on. Noticed a crack, called them they said "no problem we will replace it" Took it in and the manager said he would replace it for the price they charge. told him that I was told that it would be replaced for free and he argued that they charge for screen replacements even if they are the ones to break it. Honestly I am very disappointed I came here to get my phone screen repaired, 2 days later all the sudden my phone just shut off, I came home I put it in the charger the phone started again and then in that day my phone shuts down at least 7 times, I went back to the store. And the guy said he will change the screen, he changed it to a new one and the phone shuts off still, he told me there's nothing else he can do about it and asked me to take it to Apple? The moment I walked out the door I tried to put the charger and my phone is not charging instead of saying it's charging it says 0% remaining, I went inside again to tell him about it, he said he just changed the screen! And there's nothing he can do take it to Apple! I went to Apple so frustrated and mad because there was just the screen that needed repair and he damaged the charging port. And didn't even fix it. Apple said they broke something inside the charging port in the phone and they didn't do a good job with the screen. And basically I had to buy a new phone because if I will keep my phone I would have to pay to Apple $270 for the screen + $250 for the charging port!! and I just paid these guys $217 in Saturday - had to buy a phone on Thursday, not even a week! the guys are real nice but they don't do a good job at all, and they take no responsibility. My iPhone 6s was cracked so i decided to take it in since my friend recommended it to me and said it would take only 20 minutes. Once I went, there was a really nice lady who greeted me and helped me, however, her coworker told her to not repair my phone and said he'd do it. This place is awful. I had my screen fixed by a gentleman at the Cellairis in Walmart, here in Loveland. This was only a couple months ago. He had given me a free screen protector for my patience. I went to replace my screen protector (as it was broken) and the crack went right through the protector. The crack is in the same spot as the protector. I went in to have him fix it again and the store is closed down here. When I asked what they could do for me their response was "if there is damage to the screen, the warranty is voided." My screen is broken because i went to THEM to fix it, and it is THEIR FAULT my phone is broken, AGAIN. If i would have known that the screen protector was cheap, I wouldn't have put my trust in him or the screen protector. Thanks for nothing. read more

I had a great experience with Cellairis, my iPhone 5 was fixed in 30 minutes, it was affordable and it looks amazing now. however the one thing that bothered me is the need for the store repair person to have my phone passcode. I did end up giving it to her, but I know she did not need it to repair my screen. Having access to my passcode and then taking my phone to the backroom was worrying because my passcode will allow my phone to show all my passwords, my bank account, my credit cards. If anything suspicious does happen I will immediately point to Cellairis which is a bit sad because I had a great experience with them and this suspicion could have easily been avoided by not forcing me to give up my passcode. read more
