Horrible experience. Went to get my iPhone screen fixed and while at the same price as a apple screen they gave me a LG screen that had dull washed out color. When replacing my screen they broke my proximity sensor and after saying they'd take care of it now a month later my phone still isn't fixed. Terrible customer service. read more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! I took my daughters I-phone in for a screen replacement. I made an appointment and was sent a confirmation email with the time, location and price. I arrive at the store and the employee tried to charge me $20 over the price I was quoted. Phone was fixed with-in 2 hours and within 1 week the screen began to pop out. I take the phone back in and the same girl who fixed the phone the 1st time fixes the screen again & explains to me that she put a defective screen on the 1st time, the glue didn't hold and that's why the screen popped out. about a week or so later the screen begins to pop out again and then one day my daughter wakes up to her screen almost completely out of the phone. (Her phone was laying face down on the bed) I gently tried to push screen back in and with my luck, cracked the corner of the screen. Once again I take the phone back in to be fixed. Since "I" cracked the screen trying push in what they incorrectly did twice, I was informed I would have to purchase another screen but at half price. Not happy at all but I paid the half price and was told my daughters phone would be ready in 2 hours. 3 hours later I get a phone call, they "accidentally" cut the ribbon to my daughters volume button and had to wait for another location to bring them a ribbon. Finally after 7 hours of them having the phone and the store coming to a close, I show up to see what is going on. (they would not answer my phone calls) They were still working on the phone and did so for another hour only to find out that they put a new battery in so I was going to be charged a discounted price for that as well. My daughters has been worse off since I took it to cellairis. Her volume button only worked for a few days and the power button no longer works. I called for a refund in November and have yet to get it. I have called numerous times and asked to speak with management and the response I've gotten EVERY time is, "Give me your name and number and I will have them call you back!" Almost 3 months later and still NO PHONE CALL!!! Worse customer service ever in EVERY department. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! read more

I bought an iPhone 10 cover from the cellars in cherry creek mall, and it had a $10 replacement warranty. On a Wednesday, I replaced the cover and paid $10. It started to peel off by thursday, so on friday I took it back to the store for them to lay it down properly, since it was only 2 days and it was already peeling off. He said I had to pay another $10. I explained to him that he had only placed it 2 days ago. Mind you, it was the same guy who had placed it on wed, so he knew for sure that I had just paid to replace it. He stuck to the fact that even if I covered it and walked out of the store and it peeled, it was my fault and I will have to pay another $10 for him to fix it. REALLY??? He was very very rude. Also prior on the wednesday, he had also tried to sell me a used iPhone 6 for cash. Very shady. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and suggest you dont! It was not the $10 that was the issue but the way I was treated. I went into the mall to celldoc and paid $25 for a new screen cover rather than give cellars another dime of mine. very very very poor customer service. Honestly I do not want to give this even one star. I paid $150 to get my screen replaced. The screen was not responsive (especially in the corners) and the screen separated from the phone within a week. I called the manager because there is a supposed warranty. He said the parts would be in the following Saturday so I took it in that day. He basically questioned why it took me so long to bring it in. I live in Aurora and work 60 hours a week so could not bring it in right away. Plus I did not want to drive all the way there without parts being available. When I arrived at the store he would not honor the "warranty" and said I would have to talk to the owner and he didn't know when he would be in. I asked to call him and he said he would call him for me. He did and then told me he would replace the screen for half of what I paid before. $75. Like an idiot I said ok. The phone came back without Touch ID working and the home button is not responsive. Poor customer service and poor technical service. read more

I don't normally leave reviews but I had such a ridiculous experience with this place I felt that I needed to say something. I went in to replace my iPhone 6s screen- I originally wanted to go to the Apple Store to get it fixed but Cellairis offered it for cheaper and quicker so I decided to go with them. They would fix my screen and gave me a discount on a glass protecter. Big mistake. The first time, the screen would freeze and I would have to wait for my phone to lock to get it to work again (only for it to happen again 5 min later). Unfortunately, I work long and weird hours so I couldn't go for a few days to get it replaced and just had to deal with it. I finally went in and the blonde guy (not sure of his name) was super nice about it and fixed my screen no problem. The second screen was a little better but it had a major lag when texting or scrolling. I had to go very, very slow. I had to wait another week to go in because of work, and when i did I was told that they received two bad shipments of glass and he figured I probably got both times. The new shipment wouldn't be in until the next day. So I had to wait even longer. But eventually I came back and they fixed it again no problem. They were nice, but with as many times that I had come in, you would think some sort of refund or offer would be included. But no. Either way, I left and went about my life. The new screen worked better than the others but still had minor issues. Then, a couple of days ago I took off my case to clean my phone and accidentally dropped my phone on the counter (less than a foot drop) and of course, it shattered (maybe one or two cracks across the top part of the phone). The glass protecter did absolutely nothing and then, my screen didn't work at all. The sensors were completely broken so I couldn't type my passcode or anything in. I went to Cellairis immediately and they basically said that the protecter is just an extra precaution (you would think a small drop would do more than that for the price you pay for it!!) and then since the screen was slightly cracked, they couldn't fix it for me even though the phone wouldn't work at all. I understand why- their cheap, crappy glass isn't made like regular iPhone screens so I shouldn't expect that a small crack would completely ruin my screen for good. They offered to fix it for me for a discounted price. It would be my 4th screen in a matter of a month that would probably break again or probably have even more problems for over 200 dollars. Although the blonde guy was very nice and apologetic, i wouldn't spend money here.. I would suggest just taking your phone to the Apple Store and get a quality new screen so you save time, money, and frustration!!!! read more
