I had my Samsung Note 5 phone screen repaired by this business, iFixPhones on Brighton, and it cracked again about a month later (had it in my pocket, no reason it should have cracked). I went to another repair place that had one in stock (Cellairis in Stapleton). When I picked up the phone after the repair, the tech at Cellairis who fixed my phone mentioned that I had my screen/LCD repaired before, and he said the repair at iFixPhones was poorly done. There was a lot of glue attaching one part at the bottom, but no glue or other adhesive attaching the top of the LCD on the phone. He also mentioned that there were other areas missing adhesive. He said it was a contributing factor to the screen cracking again, because the LCD was not correctly attached to the phone. I emailed the business iFixPhones about my issue. Crickets. No response. Will you get a bad repair every now and then? Sure. But a company that doesn't respond to customer issues will have them again. It's up to you whether you want to chance your repair at this business. I give you a warning via yelp that you may have similar problems if you go with iFixPhones. read more

Zach called back that afternoon and I had a second phone that needed repair as well, an iPhone 4. Zach, scheduled a time for the next morning to meet me at my place of business and perform the repairs their on-site. Zach was running a little behind but called and informed me of the situation. As much as I wish I could write a positive review, I just can't. The idea of the service is great, having them come to your home/workplace is amazing and getting your phone fixed same day is phenomenal - until it ruins your phone and doesn't last. I've had my iPhone 5 since November of 2012 and never had a problem with it (dropped it here and there even) until I dropped it and shattered the screen a year later. I had iFixPhones come out to repair my screen and ever since then my audio through my headphones doesn't work, the screen cracked slightly less than a month after having it and now the digital screen is completely broken and I can't use my phone at all. So, less than two months after having iFixPhones fix my screen, I now have to either get a completely new phone or pay AGAIN to have my screen fixed. No thank you, not worth the cost. This time I'll just go to the Apple store, it costs just as much and I KNOW Apple would guarantee their work. read more

I came in three times and got the screen replaced each time. I initially paid for the first repair and then had to come in twice afterward to get it replaced again. The representative helping me said they had just gotten in new screens and would replace it since it was installed improperly. It was never fixed correctly and I did not have the time to come in every week to get it replaced. My phone keyboard has not worked properly since installing the new screen and is now cracked again while using a case and screen protector provided by their office. Hector from iFixPhones has come to my workplace twice to replace the screen on my iPhone 5s. The first time was in August to replace the original screen that broke when I dropped it on the pavement, and the second was in October when the replacement screen developed what appears to have been a stress fracture while sitting on my kitchen table. Hector was great both times, texting me to tell me he was on his way and taking only about 15 minutes each time. The second screen was replaced under warranty. The screen cracked on a Sunday and after emailing Mike it was replaced on Tuesday--much sooner than I expected. Mike did not seem to believe me that the crack wasn't a result of the phone being dropped, and while he did honor the warranty I would have preferred that he not question my honesty in the process. Regardless, I would recommend iFixPhones due to their excellent service, Hector's professionalism and expertise, and their superior pricing. I would definitely recommend them for their service and I commend them on reaching out to me after a miscommunication on price to fix the issue. For the first time ever, my iPhone 5s screen shattered when I dropped it less than a foot above the ground getting out of my car. I was sooooo upset and searched through my warranty info and asked around to see where I should get it fixed. I found iFixPhones on a Google search and after surfing their reviews, decided to give them a try. Setting up an appointment was super easy online and I was fortunate enough to book an appointment the next day. Hector was a few minutes late but was courteous enough to text me and let me know. I loved that he came to my work to fix it, it was very convenient and he was done in less than 20 minutes. Everything is working fine and the new screen looks great! Hector was a very friendly person and seemed very skilled in fixing screens. Thanks iFixPhones! The only thing that made me hesitant was the somewhat steep price for this service. When I broke the screen on my iPhone and took it to Sprint to have repaired through my insurance I almost cried when they told me there is a deductible, and the price of the deductible.
