Alibaba is very nice and personable. He gave me a quote to replace the screen. I accepted. A little later it was determined that the new screen would actually cost more but he kept the price the same. He told me he had the new screen in stock and he would call me later on the day with a status. He called me. The new screen did not work but he said sometimes nes screens are defective. He ordered a new screen which came the next day. He called me to let me know he installed the 2nd new screen and that i could pick it up anytime. I did an hour later. The phone was in great working condition. He did not budge on his original price. I will definitely take any repairs to Alibaba's again in the future and spread the word to anybody else i need. When you enter his small repair shop, look around and meet him, you will know that he is totally dedicated to his craft and has been for many, many years.
