I have used this Cellairis location for many years and I have always been satisfied with their knowledge and service. This store is located inside of a Walmart which makes it convenient for me. I have purchased their warranty plans which have always been beneficial. I have a lot of kids who have a tendency to be hard on their devices and with the warranty I don't worry about large repair bills. I have never taken in a device that they couldn't repair. The reason I didn't give it a 5 star is the store seems to be short staffed so, sometimes it takes a while to get help. Still, I recommend this Cellairis. read more

I brought our phone in for a screen replacement. Zac was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We waited 25 minutes for the replacement. Which was great. Had to go back the next day for an issue. Once again Zac was great. They replaced the screen. Chaz, very knowledgeable, needs to smile more. read more

I had dropped my Surface Pro III and cracked the screen. I checked with the Big Box Retailer I purchased it from to see if it could be replace and was told it would be cheaper to buy a new Surface Pro III than to get mine repaired. BUMMER. I was leaving the Walmart Superstore at 13420 W Coal Mine Avenue when I noticed the Cellaris sign and that they offered replacement screens for tablet computers. When I was quoted a price ($315) that was SIGNFICANTLY lower than the cost of a new tablet. I left my tablet for repair on August 28 and was told it would take 10 - 14 days to order the screen and get it replaced. Nine (9) days later I got a call that my tablet was ready. Stopped in and picked it up that evening and everything was working great! So glad to have my brain/tablet back!! Thanks for the quick turnaround and reasonable price Cellairis! read more

Just an update. Still without iPad. Exchanged a few emails with their corporate office today, but there was no real concern on their part to resolve this issue. I simply got multiple generic responses that it was of great concern to them. No actions were taken at all. Another update. I have increased the review because they finally came through to make things right. In the end they followed through and got my iPad back. Took a while, but I don't feel as if they are a fraudulent company. I'd also like to give them credit for trying to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy between my last post and now. I brought my HTC10 phone in with a small crack in the screen, but otherwise functioning perfectly. That was over 2 months ago. The first time I went in after a few days, the new screen had a chip, and I was told that it broke when they were installing the Bezel, and had ordered a replacement. A week later, I went to pick it up, and the phone wouldn't connect to Verizon. Since then, I come in every few days and the phone is in pieces and they claim that there is some other technical issue relating to the sim card tray, and they continue to give me the run around on this. If the phone breaks while under a repair shop's control they are responsible for repair or replacement. Worst experience ever! read more

I took my wife's iPad mini to the shop with a cracked glass and they had it repaired overnight. They did a great job at a very fair price and it's been fine ever since. I would recommend them for good work at a reasonable price. read more

Cracked screen repaired for $200. 2 days later colors on screen running together on one side Return to store and man removing screen and cracked it.(grandson actually saw him crack it) He claims there was a hidden mysterious crack with comments how grandson must have done something to it. Unprofessional service at Cellairis Store 13420 w Coalmine Ave Walmart #5049 Feb 8, 2019 this store replaced my phone battery in my husband's I phone. The employee mentioned my screen was acting up and recommended I get a new screen. They replaced the screen and the battery. A week later the screen started acting up and today Feb 21, 2019 it started typing on its own, opening apps etc... The receipt from Cellaris stated refunds up to 14 days. Great ..... I took it in to get a refund on the screen and was thinking about getting a new Iphone. The employee Natasha said it was "ghosting" and she would put a new screen it because they had been having problems with some of the screens they have installed. Wonderful! We can fix it Natasha replaced the screen with another new one.... Problem not fixed started "ghosting" again. She offered to replace it again ... I told Natasha I wanted a refund based on their return policy. Natasha called Spaz for help. Spaz didn't want to deal with it so he told Natasha to call Phil. Phil told Natasha to call Spaz back and make him deal with it. Spaz was very inconvenienced and told me that Apple does this when you change the battery, the phone has to be re-set by apple, or my mother board was going bad. He got rather upset when I asked him questions ..... why this wasn't this explained during my repair if he always has these problems with Iphones May I please have a refund? Spaz (not happy) told Natasha put my old screen back on. Well Natasha could not find my old screen and set her phone on the counter with the speaker on with Spaz. Sorry my boss has your screen, leave it here overnight and he will put your old one on tonight. When I told them no I will bring it back tomorrow Spaz got very angry and started saying frickin this and frickin that.... So I let Spaz know I would be righting a yelp review on my experience the store.... Its a bummer my Iphone is not fixed .. but no customer should be treated this way read more

Brought my daughter's iphone for a bad screen and Phil went beyond the call of duty to help me out. Great customer service and they stand behind their warranty. This store is under new management now and if you've had a sub-par experience in the past (we did with no one showing up to open the store, no inventory, etc), I encourage you to give it another try. read more

My wife dropped her iPhone 5s while getting out of her car this morning (after two-and-a-half years)! She actually went to two other places in the area to get quotes on repair and then went with Cellaris because, even after the discounts the other places offered, Cellaris was still less expensive. Michael A. was very nice. He said the phone would be ready in 30 minutes, and it was ready sooner that that. She just did some shopping at Walmart while she waited. read more
