I had my cracked screen replaced here earlier this year, the price was a little less than other places so I tried. After about two month of having my new screen on there the glue came loose and fell off, only connected by one wire...I took the phone back in to be replaced a second time, picked up the phone, and noticed that the fingerprint reader didn't work. This took be a few days as I live out of town and wasn't able to get back for them to fix it again. When I returned hoping to get the home button fixed I was told that they were bought out and somehow have no records from before the buyout and that there was nothing they could do, despite the fact that the issue was within how they "fixed" it. I hadn't even used the phone at all for it to be a problem from my using it. I don't understand how they aren't able to fix something that was caused while they were REfixing the screen...I'll find somewhere else should my screen ever crack again. read more

The person behind the counter when I arrived actually provided me with a set of tools at no charge to try on my own, and told to come back if I had problems. The tools enabled me to do the repair myself. I was so touched by their ethical, helpful customer service and, it makes me determined to go to Peachtree Computers first when I have a related task I need to pay to have done. I trust them.

Then they told me they will charge an additional $50 because the backlight is broken and it will take 24 hours more. I agreed because at that point to give my phone back would be a $80 charge anyway. The next day, they refused to give me the phone back because 'the part didn't come'. Now at this point they have closed the shop despite posting a sign which says Monday-Sunday 10 AM-8 PM and disappeared. Yesterday I was able to leave voicemails. Today, the phone number says 'voicemail has not been set up.' Absolutely not recommended.

This chair is critical for her daily mobility. Someone at Batteries Plus in Woodstock recommended MarTech for micro soldering. I took the cord and remote and it was fixed in 2 hours. My understanding of micro soldering is taking a pen point sized spot on a microchip and attaching a smaller wire. This place is awesome. Great price and super fast. 3 weeks later and the remote is still working great.

I used this company back in 2020 and he was vert quick came out and fixed my iPhone SX front…read morescreen. So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! Your response to my post about your company shows right there that you truly are a piece of shit I mean most businesses ask the person how they could've made their experience better bot not you. You already know you are a piece of work and you'll just about do whatever you have to do to get a sale and if someone has an issue with your work you are 'too busy' to come back and look at the work you did but if they have something else their wanting to pay for you'll be right there. It's all good I have seen your type before you wont make it long in life. You;ll end up dying early of something like a heart attack or something bless your heart.

I met the sweetest repair person today when I was on the edge of having an anxiety attack. I accidently jammed the SIM card in my new refurbished I- phone. I just happened to remember the cell phone repair store at the end of the strip mall on Johnson Ferry Rd. I walked in the shop embarrassed for anyone to hear that I inserted the SIM card in the slot without the stage. It was jammed, I thought the phone was damaged. My wait was very short, despite the fact Jennifer was assisting a senior citizen with her phone. I listened as Jennifer spoke in a friendly calm voice. to the customer. When Jennifer approached me, I felt comfortable. She worked diligently and removed the SIM card. After, she demonstrated the proper way of inserting the card. BRAVO!! It's a good feeling to see genuine people. I offered to pay for the service, and she refused. I'm grateful and will refer others to Cellairis. read more

Wow, So I went in and let Sam know that my screen was not working. He seriously went above and beyond! He said that he would look at it, and see what he could do to help. He went to the back, and grabbed another phone and replaced it with that screen. It was amazing, and he had genuine customer service! I was literally impressed with how quickly he fixed it, and his heart of service!! I highly recommend these guys, and they will go above and beyond to help you get your phone working again.
