I spent over $200 to get my iPhone X Max screen repaired at this place. After getting my phone…read moreback, the new screen was significantly brighter compared to the original screen (something I was going to overlook) and the new screen would not "wake up" or respond if I tapped it. 5 weeks after getting the phone repaired, I noticed a discoloration in the screen in the top right corner, and now, 6 weeks later, the screen has a long crack down the middle even though I never dropped it. After reading reviews, it looks like going back to have them fix these issues is pointless, despite the 90 day guarantee, and I certainly don't want to be accused of doing this damage myself when that isn't the case at all. Save yourself the hassle and pay the extra $100 at Apple.

We were in a hurry so we decided to do it here and when we came back to pick up our phone, he said he would give us a month warranty. The screen looked a little darker than the original and it was protruding a bit out than before but we just settled with it and went about our way. Less than 2 weeks later the phone had some weird squiggly lines and colors on the screen so we took it in immediately that same day. The guy we talked to was at the other kiosk in front of the LEGO store (as no one was at the original kiosk) and he was the one that actually fixed the screen. I showed him the screen w the squiggly lines etc and asked if he could fix it since we had warranty. He stated No that we were the ones that broke it originally and that he's not responsible. He was very rude and unprofessional and would not honor the warranty or even try to help at all. He refused to give me any refund. I left heated since I wasted $160 for nothing as they did a horrible job and went to another store to get that problem fixed. The guy that was fixing it again stated that the part they used previously was a very cheap bad one and they obviously didn't do a good job. So I repeat, do not go to cellaxs phone repair unless u want to waste money!!!
