Shatter the screen on my iphone 7 plus the other day . Went to Cellairis an they took great of care of me !! Had it all taken care within 40 mins .. Couldn't really take it anywhere else from what l was told by their competitors it would of took a few days an more that what l was charged an it being my work phone l needed it done asap !! My daughter went to this establishment to get her cracked IPhone screen repaired. She inquired within the Apple store prior to coming here, and it would have cost her $120 through her phone insurance to get it repaired. She then went to this store to ask how much they would charge for the same repair, and the store operator said $90 for the EXACT same repair job and it will only take 15 minutes. She agreed to have them do the repair service there. After she retrieved her phone, she noticed that the screen image is significantly darker, and all the pictures that she had stored in the phone were coming out hazy as compared to my wife's identical IPhone. We took it back, and the guy who did the repair said that he installed an aftermarket replacement screen instead of the original screen. He then told us that we would have to pay extra to get the original screen installed. I argued that he should have explained that to us before we got the phone repaired, but he blamed us instead for not specifying it. How are we supposed to know that there are different types of phone screens since he didn't tell us at the beginning? Since we couldn't come to an amicable understanding, we decided to call in store security to report the issue as we felt we were being swindled. That's when the repair guy angrily threw us out vowing that we will regret it. The next day my daughter's phone started malfunctioning as if there was a virus then stopped working altogether. We got in touch with that mall's security as they called us a few days later, and they said that there were similar reports in the past about this company. Unfortunately, there's nothing they can do about it except to urge the customers to report it to the Business Bureau or write a report about it. Sad. I had a great experience!!! My phone was cracked, I took it to Apple, and they basically said my phone was not fixable. So I saw the groupon for Cellairis backed up my phone, and just gave it a shot. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I got my phone fixed here after it cracked, and then I set my phone down on my counter and it broke. I took it in again and they said there is nothing they can do except replace it again for $100 (after a very long argument) and then when they fixed it and I got my phone back, a bunch of the features in the phone were messed up, I am no longer able to use the P on my keyboard or the finger print scanner, and it was working fine earlier that day. The glass they put on your screen is very cheap and breaks very easily and are by far the WORST screen replacement company with overpriced cases and rates for fixing. If I could do it all over again, I would of left my screen shattered and tried using it without a chunk of the screen, that is how much I hate Cellaris read more

We've had two cracked iPhone screens this past year and we've been very satisfied with how quickly they were able to replace the screens and I think their prices are reasonable. We went here and they charge $150 for iPhone repair and after that still phone was not working. We went back to him and then he said you need pay to replace battery for $35. Non professional and make money like this. Apple is charging $30 to replace battery. After spending $150 still phone is useless for us. I don't recommend this shop for your cell phone repair. read more

I realize a lot of people don't research where they will be buying their cell phone accessories, but I had to put this out there. I had horrible service at this place. I bought an otterbox cover for my iphone 4 ($50) and the sales person insisted they put it on my phone. They did so, and when I left I realized it didn't fit properly. I went back and told them it didn't fit and they first said, oh you can still use that one (I could not switch my phone to vibrate without forcing it because the case was covering the switch). I said no, I didn't want to break it. They told me that they have one for the verizon phone but they would have to order it. I explained that I didn't live in the area and that I would have to come back at a later time. I asked them to just give me my money back, they refused. The "manager" wrote her her name and number on a receipt and said it was fine if I came after the date on the receipt because she had talked to me. Fine, I said I would wait the 2 weeks it took to order the correct case. I was supposed to get a call in two weeks and never did. When I called they didn't have any notes or a case on hold for me. They said, oh we have some, you can just come get one. By the time I was able to get into the area again it had been almost 2 months. When I went to get the proper case the "manager" was there again and remembered me. She then proceeded to apologize for not calling me, saying that somehow all my info was deleted and she had no contact information for me. I, mistakenly, reminded her it had been almost 2 months ago. She then seemed to pretend to call her "manager," and came back and said, "sorry, it's been two months, I can't resell that, there's nothing I can do for you." Are you kidding me? I told her to give me my money back and she said they don't do refunds. I said then give me the correct case, she said no. She said she spoke to her manager who said my only option was to call corporate. I asked to speak to him and she said "no, I AM the manager." I called corporate and left a message 4 days ago and still not response. Please do not patronize this place, they really need to learn a lesson about how to treat customers if they want them to return. I will never go there again and will warn as many people as possible to avoid them! read more

covers are good but very pricey. kind of feel duped. bought a cover for $50 but online on their website is available for $30. They told me that their prices are fixed by their company which I am sure is just an excuse to sell at a higher price. I guess I am the fool here but hopefully others can avoid making the same mistake. read more

He accommodated the price to my budget and even gave me my screen protector for free. I recommend this place 100% over every other place in the mall so make sure you get there. read more

I shattered the glass on my IPad and was really upset. I went to Apple and they do not replace the glass but will sell you a refurbished iPad for $320. My IPad was only a little over a year old so I decided to find someone to replace the glass. I went to Cellaris which is just down from Apple.....and they replaced it for $180 and I was happy until a couple weeks later the IPad was not opening or working any longer. I went to Apple and spoiler alert, once you do anything like replace the glass you are no longer eligible to get a refurbished IPad but you have to buy a brand new one for $800.....yikes. So I went back to Cellaris and they found a crack on the inside of the glass and replaced it for no charge. I was so happy until the when I got home the iPad would not open again. I went back to Cellaris and they replaced it again at no charge and it has working ever since!!!! They said the glasses they put in were defective and Brittany, the manager of Cellaris was so sweet and took really great care of me!!!!! Thank. You Brittany.......you rock!!!!! read more

We ran into a minor issue but she was very quick to fix it & always followed up with me. Hopefully I won't have to see them again for another cracked screen but I definitely recommend them. Bad service. Had sons screen and battery repaired; 30 day warranty. Screen went bad day 25. Called and now they are not under same management and can not honor warranty but under same CELLAIRIS Co. What a load of cr@p. I called around and no other CELLAIRIS will honor warranty. I have email into their customer service with no response just a computer generated acknowledgment that they received my email. Called their headquarters, directly to voice mail stating response within one day; going on day 4. I don't think I will get anywhere with this. Don't recommend go and spend a little more for quality service. read more

I give these girls props for doing their jobs well while often dealing with difficult of people. I was there today and saw a gentleman (if he can be called that) getting angry at the employees. It started with another employee (seen in the background of his posted picture) telling him that they did not carry the product he was looking for. After she offered him alternative options he began to get aggresive, at which point the manager asked him to calm down or leave the kiosk. When he got aggresive with her as well, she started to contact the mall security team. When she turned back around to ask him to leave, he took that picture of her and ran away saying "Go ahead, call security." I checked Yelp when I got home and found his post, so I thought I would post an outsiders perspective. I give kudos to these ladies for dealing with him as well as they did. I remember working in retail and I can tell you I was not half as patient as these girls were, and wish I had a manager as quick to defend me, as was the case here. read more

I had dropped my iPhone 5c on the floor and it did not turn on and my screen was just black. My physical screen was not cracked however. I felt it vibrate initially when I turned my phone to sound from silent. I even heard it screen shot but later on, all sound was gone. I went to the apple shop and they had a 3 hour waiting list. And she told me that if they could not turn it on, I will just have to replace my phone for over $200 (I forgot the exact price but I would just have to purchase a new phone). The apple lady told me that they could not diagnose the phone if they could not turn it on. So I put my name on the waiting list and went outside the mall and just checked out this booth. The girl in the front with the short hair was very kind and confident about fixing my phone. She told me it will cost $90 plus tax 8.85 (I think), gave me a receipt and told me I don't have to pay until after my phone is fixed. She told me to come back in 15 minutes and when I came back, my phone was fixed! She just totally replaced my screen in 15 minutes! She told me something with my LED was off or something. I recommend this place! Reasonably priced, fast and skilled! read more
