I had my iPhone 6 Plus battery replaced at this store on January 1 of this year. I asked the repairman if this was a genuine Apple battery and he said yes. In April, the battery started flaking out big time. The phone would restart itself when the battery was at 20%, then 40%, then 80%. Finally, in May, I got the battery replaced at a New York Cellairis store. The guy there told me that the Florida store had used a defective battery. I called the Florida store who told me to email them, but they never responded to my email. I called again. I asked them if they had used a genuine Apple battery and Steve said that they don't sell genuine Apple batteries. I told him that that is what the repairman told me on January 1. I said to Steve, even if it wasn't a genuine Apple battery, how long should it be expected to last? He said over one year. I said well then, that means that this must be a defective battery. He said the best they could do is if I'm in the area again they could give me a free case and screen protector. I told him that was not satisfactory as I have an Otterbox case anyway. I asked Steve to refund the money but he said he could not do so as the warranty is only three months. And the battery failed in four months. How convenient. read more

Dropped phone to get screen fixed and they did a great job, very great group of guys.Then my power button broke, they got the part in and called me to come back in. they fixed it, but the next day my phone had an issue, I went back in and the staff was awesome, they admitted they made a simple mistake and fixed it and gave me a new battery for my troubles. Brought my phone in to get my screen replaced on my 8plus, pretty close to closing time and the employee had no problem taking it in to fix it right away. kipp cyr in the last week Very shady. Had my screen repaired two weeks ago. It cracked after 5 days. (Not from impacts). I brought it in today to have it looked and was told no warranty because "the frame was bent." I asked why they didn't tell me this when I had it repaired? They asked my name and entered it in the computer. I didn't see a bend in the frame what so ever. I took it to another cell phone place, and then the Apple Store. Both examined the phone and indicated that the claim of a bent frame was false. The frame is perfectly straight!!! I took the phone back to them with this information. (About 20 minutes lapsed) and suddenly they produce a work order that has in different ink "warped frame, no warranty" written in. Also, the tech located the work order in seconds...humm. Almost as if he recently seen it. Why didn't they show me this when I first came in? I even asked about warranties when I originally picked up the phone..nothing was said about a bent frame then and was quoted a 90 day. If the frame was bent then, why is it straight now? Stand behind your work guys. FYI, you can take your phone to Apple and the will fix it for $10 less than what these guys charge and will use quality parts. read more

This place is an absolute joke! Sold me a faulty screen (had it for only 3 weeks) I went back for a warranty fix and bald buddy that owns the place says that's not covered. Claims the lcd, that he replaced mine you, had a micro crack in it which caused it to randomly "leak".....buddy gave me a faulty ass screen that had pressure marks from his poor instillation & had dead pixelation and glitched when typing....caused buttons to not work (YouTube search button wouldn't work-random) after 3 weeks. Literally forced me to pay him over $200 total to have a XS screen replaced properly....my cracked screen had less issues than this guys screen. They clearly don't use genuine parts. Avoid this hole in the corner of the mall at all costs, take your butt downstairs to the other fix it place & put this con artist out of business. He's overcharging for POOR WORK, POOR PARTS, and POOR SERVICE. 0 stars if it was possible. read more

Brought my phone in to get repaired. Needed new charger port and home button. Brought it home noticed that the home button was only working 20% of the time. Also noticed a spot on the LCD screen. Brought it back and the Tech gave me a BS excuse that the button is new and I just need to push harder and let it wear in. Told me the sweet spot was at the bottom of the button. Didn't look at it even after coming back a second time a few minutes later. I paid $100 for a home button that does not work as intended. Claimed the spot of the LCD is normal due to it being a non apple part. Basically dismissed the fact that I said it was not there before the repair. Find another place to get your stuff repaired. read more

Took my phone here the first time I dropped it and will absolutely never go here again. The people basically have an IQ of somewhere under 70 and can't fix phones. After they completely messed up my phone I took it straight to ifix and repair (located downstairs from this store) and Chris informed me that the people upstairs had damaged my proximity sensor and that's why my camera wasn't working after they messed with it, Chris was able to fix it right up in 20 minutes! This is the worst service I have ever gotten from any store I have been too in my life. First I wait forever in an empty store for anyone to ask do I need any help. Then I am offered the service I needed to have my phone fixed to be told the parts to fix my broken phone will not be shipped to their store for 3-5 days...but they have to charge me $100 today to get the ball rolling. They charge my card tell me it didn't go through and proceed to charge my card several more times. They tell me I need to give them another card I said it should have gone through no problem. To prove they charged me I had to log onto my business debit account on their computers and show the transaction for me to get an "OK" they hand me not a receipt but a piece of paper with a phone number to the store. Days later I see more completed charges on my account. I called and they say we do not have record of my purchase and that my parts were not ordered. I am still waiting on my refund. THE WORST CELL PHONE FIX IT STORE period. I talk to the manager I get the same poor customer service that I get from their regular staff. Do not do business with this brand at least this branch in Wellington. Excuse my grammar a bit frustrated still from this whole issue because I am still waiting on a refund. read more

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I broke my iPhone 5S front screen on thanksgiving day and on black Friday I took it to the Wellington Mall location of this store. First a guy named Justin looked at my phone along with another guy that worked there and they told me it would cost $150 to replace my iPhone 5S screen. When I went to get it replaced a guy named Courtney told me that Justin was wrong and that the price is $190. I decided to do it because I needed my phone working again since I use it for business. They told me it would take about 4 hours to repair. I dropped the phone off at noon. At 4 pm I call in and Justin picked up and told me that they still needed an hour or hour and a half to complete. I arrived at the store at 7pm and they still weren't done with my phone. The guy named Courtney told me in frustration that he needed another half hour. I was frustrated as well but decided to wait another half hour. When I walked in the store at 7:30 pm to pick up my phone the mall security was there because someone was having issues with the amount they were charged, etc. I received my phone and automatically noticed that the screen was flickering. I told Courtney about it and he told me he was sorry about it but he couldn't do anything about it that same day. He told me to come back the next day. While I was still speaking to Courtney about the issue, a different customer walked in that was very upset because the repair they had made to her iPad mini was all wrong like mine was. When I took my repaired phone home it not only flickered now but they screwed up the sensors on the front of the phone so when I made calls my ear and face would press buttons on my phone putting my calls on hold and mute without me wanting to do it. I decided not to go back to that store the next day but just go to apple and get myself a new phone. I would advise anyone not to use this store for their repairs or anything else. They are a bunch of scammers charging people hundreds of dollars for repairs but using fake and cheap after market screens, parts, etc. Its a shame that they continue to do business and continue to do this to people every single day. Not just I had issues but like I mentioned two other customers had issues at the store. I once had to use the same service from a store in Boca Raton and the service was great. read more

Ordered a part here and they said "we'll call you when we get the part". They never called. Came to store and now they said they can't find the order. We have our receipt and they won't help us. The employee sitting down behind the counter said we obviously paid for it and was willing to do it, but the the employee named Jordan said "no" and became condescending and hostile. I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I had to bring my phone to them 3 times. The first was to fix my screen after dropping maybe phone and the screen cracking. I was happy with them fixing my screen until I got home and tried using my phone. Nobody could hear me and my microphone no longer worked. I went back and told them just for the same person who fixed it to tell me my phone just needed an update. I have an iPhone 6plus and don't like always don't the updates and don't feel this was the problems sonce I didn't but update my phone for about a year and never had any problems until they "fixed" my phone. I had to go all the way back for a third time to let them know it did NOT fix my phone so again the same person said it happens sometimes because the microphone is connected to the screen somehow even though that wasn't said before. Smh. She said she would redo the screen and hopefully it would work. When I got my phone back it worked for a few hours and did the same thing again. Nobody could hear me and the only way I could hear the other person sometimes is on speaker phone only. I researched some YouTube videos and they said if a screw is missing it could make the phones microphone not work. One of my screws by the charging spot on my phone was missing which I did have there before even when they first fixed my phone. I feel like they purposely leave another problem for your phone so you will have to go back to them over and over again to fix it. I hope I help someone from making the same mistake. Also my fiancée took his phone there before me and he had the same problem except he has a different iPhone and his headphone jack didn't work anymore. This place is absolutely ridiculous! I got my phone back more broken then it was when I brought it in. A bunch of screws were missing inside so of corset the screen wasn't even staying on. Everyone has some crazy story about this place and everyone gives it one star except for a few 5 stars which were obviously made by the owners and workers you can tell because they use their names. Horrible business horrible service. Purchased a glass screen protector and telephone case from this location at Wellington mall this past weekend. By Wednesday I noticed a change in my phone; my touch sensitivity was not as accurate. I thought it was a problem with my phone until I noticed that It might be the screen protector; once I took the protector off; my phone was working perfectly fine. I called the location and spoke with an associate who told me they do not allow refunds only exchanges; I thought that sounded inaccurate but anything to fix my issue. Before going back to the store I decided to look into their corporate website; I noticed the policies for online purchasing and store purchasing (corporate or independently owned) in the policy it stated that you can be refunded within 14 days if you are not satisfied with the purchase as long as you have your original receipt. I decided to go to the store and speak to the associate whom I had spoken to on the phone. While in person he told me that only exchanges were allowed I showed him the policy and he told me that it was only for corporate stores I told him that it stated it was for independent stores as well (while showing him the policy on my phone) then he tried to tell me that The protector was broken it had a mere scratch in the corner; most likely happened when I was taking it off. I told him that yet again the policy stated that if you were not satisfied you can return it;it did not specify any damages just said IF YOU ARE NOT Satisfied!!! Which I was NOT. After not being able to come up with yet another excuse; he started the refund process; I told him i wanted to return BOTH the protector and case; because I do not appreciate being lied to. This business is a scam and overly priced. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU!! As long as you're not satisfied and you have your original receipt within 14 days YOU CAN GET A REFUND!!! Do not let the little sign in the front of the counter fool you; again SCAMMERS!!! Thank god momma didn't raise no fool; oh and did I mention NEVER did I get an apology.
