During that time he or an employee have been to the house three times. Each time, between the time I called and when they showed up, things would start working properly again. So they would try to diagnose the issue based on my description and do what seemed to be appropriate, and things would be fine for a while but eventually the problem would recur. So yesterday he showed up with an expensive piece of equipment to properly diagnose the issue, and having done so, brought in another expensive piece of equipment to fix the problem. He was there for over two hours, and along the way, he mentioned what he normally charges for use of that equipment because of what it cost him. I was OK with it; I was just happy to have the problem finally fixed. But when he was done, he said that he wasn't happy about the past "misdiagnoses" and I shouldn't have to pay for them, and he ended up charging me about a third of what I was expecting. When I offered to meet him halfway, he said, "Sorry, I've already entered it into the system, nothing I can do." I can't promise that you'll get price breaks like I got on this occasion, but I can promise that you won't get ripped off, and that you'll get excellent service.

I didn't hear anything , so I called the office later on and was told by the woman who answered the phone to call my insurance company and make sure that I had water line coverage and if I did not to make sure to add it , but not tell them that I had any problems. And she said to get the maximum. I didn't hear back from Her that day. I could not call the insurance company.Because it was president day. The next morning , I called and left them a message , and it was not returned. Tuesday afternoon , I called back , and the owner answered. I asked when the part is arriving for the water heater. She told me that I had to get the pipes fix first I told her they were fixed. She did not believe me. Which is irrelevant?Because once they left my house , they should have ordered the parts for the water heater. She seemed a little mad that she didn't get the whole job. At that point I called Rheem. I told them what happened and they expedited the part out to me. I also asked for a different service provider. Unfortunately , they connected me with the same company. I called friday morning when I received the part to see when they can come and install it. I was told not until at least monday. I have been without hot water for over a week. When I expressed that this was a concern , she became quite nasty , told me how I was stupid and laughed. So I got off the phone with her and called Rheem back told them the situation and they told me I can hire a licensed plumber and they would either pay the invoice or pay me back. It was done by this this afternoon. I cannot tell you the quality of their work. The young man who came to my home was very nice and very helpful. My issue is with the woman in the office. Very rude. Very unprofessional. And it was obvious when she told me to get the maximum coverage that she was going to overcharge. And the most interesting part of this interaction is that , after this , I put a review for the company , stating exactly what I wrote here. I get a phone call from the same woman, but not from an office line.She has a very distinct voice. And she says , are we supposed to be installing a water to heater for you without mentioning a company name or anything else. I guess she thought I would say yes and tell her who I was using. But obviously I recognized her voice and the job was already done and I wouldn't do business with her at this point.So I said no thank you.
