After dropping my IPhone 11 Pro off with these guys due to major cracks in the front and back of the screen, I returned 5 hours later to pick it up. The phone screen was replaced and appeared to be fixed but when I got into my car I noticed that not only the facial recognition but also my front facing camera were both not working at all! I go back inside to inquire what had happened with the front associate. He then tripped over his words as he appeared to "explain" that the screen was fixed but the Face ID and camera didn't work because the damage was too servere. I then questioned him further as to why I wasn't notified at all during them working on it because I had given then my all my contact information when I had dropped it off. I then also questioned them as to why when I picked up the phone and paid nearly $300 for the job, I wasn't notified of the issue. Another associate came out and did his best to "explain" that they didn't my password to unlock my phone. I proceeded to tell him that if they needed it they could've had it when they initially got all my info but didn't ask and also that the camera can be accessed with out a password on all iPhones as this is common knowledge to IPhone users. He then proceeded to tell me they could fix the camera for an additional charge! The guys seem nice but poor customer service, poor communication, and overall a poor job. Anyone reading this, take your business elsewhere. read more

Well I just got my tablet repaired by this company cell fix Incorporated. The work they did appears to be acceptable and there are no problems with the units so in that regard this was a good experience. The problem I have with them is that I never got a receipt for the first down payment I made said they could order the part for me and then when I got the actual repair done and paid the final amount unless I asked them for a receipt they weren't going to just give me one. When I first took my unit in to get it repaired I was quoted one price but when I left and had the repairs completed I actually paid about $20 more so not a big deal in that regard. The problem I have is when the part came in the person said they called me and they insisted I mean insisted that they had called me when they did not call me I run a 24-hour a day 7 days a week 365 days a year Commercial Business they didn't call me. When I took my tablet in to get it repaired I was told okay come back in an hour and a half so I did my jobs and came back in an hour and a half and their store was closed. There was some kind of emergency but the young men who own and operate this business should have called so I did not have to drive all the way over from downtown and 105 degree heat only to find out that they were closed due to emergencies an hour after I dropped off my product. The young man who I spoke to on the phone when I called after the door was locked and said that they were closed was very polite so I have no problems they are polite. The problem I have is I'm not really sure that these people have ever run or even worked in another business other than this one because their customer service is a little bit off. I have a follow-up to my post here about cell fix. I thought that they had messed up on the repair of my unit but it was not the repair that was the problem it was the fake parts or charger that I had purchased through Amazon and if I would have never gone into the store to have my unit repaired I would have never figured this out. I would definitely recommend this repair facility to anybody there honest and friendly and do a great job read more

Good customer service. Was honest about the possible poor outcome of a fix, suggested another way to go. Unfortunately, the charger & the battery I purchased didn't end up working for me & I decided to get a brand new phone. So I asked to return the equipment. No problem at all. My receipt was a text that was on my dead old phone, the guy looked it up on his phone, sent a request for a refund, and took the equipment back. He was helpful. Polite & professional both times.
