My boyfriend cracked his screen and payed 350$ for a new one. He left with a glitchy screen and a pink hue. It looks like a 60$ screen slapped on and marked at 350. I have the same phone and it looks like a cheap Samsung screen or something on temu. Just disappointing after spending that much money and waiting 5 hours. I do not recommend. read more

They are not knowledgeable about repairs on game systems. I brought in my system that I purchased a few years back, kept it in my tv console but was not in use for awhile so when I turned it on I got an error message. Took my well kept system to them and told me it would be ready in about 2 or three weeks. Time went by and I hear no updates. They claim they had to order a new motherboard ( no they just didn't know what they were doing) they get it and find that's not the problem soo they say it's a problem with the capacitor but broke my system trying to repair it well finally they attempt to just get a replacement off eBay. After nearly 2 months later They call me to let me know my system is ready for pick up so I came and waited awhile while they tested it to make sure it worked then the guy brings out the replacement all scratched up which I don't want. Look, if I wanted another system off eBay I would have bought one there but I wanted my well preserved system to be just repaired not replaced with the one they got. Their response was "why not? it's working so you will need to pay for the work we did" I rejected it and said just keep it I don't want this thing not knowing how long it would last. The guy then says "well I can put your shell onto this one but would take another day or two. ( mind you they had my system a long time already) Yours has a few scratches too" I bet it did after being in their hands. Not happy and not paying for a sorry replacement. If you cherish your gaming systems and have any issues don't take it to these guys or you will regret it. read more

Do not bring your phone here. This place takes zero accountability or responsibility for their mistakes. Brought my 7 month old phone in with a dead pixel for a screen replacement under warranty. As soon as that was replaced my phone started overheating and would not connect to the network. Even took it into Verizon for a new sim card which did not fix the issue. Brought it back to ubreakifix for them to say it was a bad battery. They replaced the screen again which did not fix the issue. They broke my phone, and their only solution was for me to call samsung. Even though my phone was under warranty it does not cover a replacement phone. I have to trade my current phone in for another phone AND pay for it out of pocket. Ubreakifix offered nothing in return, despite causing this issue. read more

Definitely cheapest in town. Made an appointment but that apparently does not reserve a technician. Just reserved a time for a technician to review/assess the damage. Took the location roughly 5 hours to fix my iPhone screen. They do back their work for 1 year but it is basically only for touch sensitivity. read more

I want to say a HUGE thank you to Jesse at the Clovis location at Shaw and Peach. I dropped my cell phone recently and the rubes at AT&T down the street hadn't a clue about anything. Jesse and staff worked on my problem for 2 days and came to the conclusion that my phone could not be saved. Jesse did not charge me anything even after I offered to pay. But after acquiring a new I-phone, Jesse gave me full advice how to recover my pictures and contacts from my old phone and was incredibly gracious and friendly about it. After many hours, I now have all of my past pics and contact info and I am so incredibly grateful for Jesse at the Shaw and Peach location in Clovis for his incredible help. Thank you Jesse, I really appreciate all of your help and patience. Anybody with any phone, Ipad or computer problems need to turn them over to these guys. Simply unbelievable! Based on today I can't recommend. Salesman was rude to the person before me. Then refused to fix my phone unless I agreed it was not their fault if the broke it worse. And as the were explaining this to me they were more interested in another customer's story than my phone. I will have to find another solution. My iPhone was having a bad bout of dropped calls and sometimes the reception would cut off entirely for hours on end. Updated the SIM card, updated the software and even did a factory reset. Nothing worked. Definitely something hardware related. When told about this, a young man with long blonde colored hair didn't even look at the phone, just smugly assigned blame to the carrier/software stating "yea that's a AT&T / apple issue related to the software they push out, it's typical in with the iPhone 12". My wife has the same phone and carrier. Why wouldn't she have a similar issue? I've worked at AT&T for several years -- this is just a tell tale sign the rep is lazy and is trying to walk me. Anyways I got the issue resolved at another repair shop. It was the sim tray reader. Replaced and issue has been resolved for $30 bucks. If the dude at Asurion took the time to care might have caught it. Oh well. Yea just be aware these folks are just there to collect the check. Zero customer service read more

I highly recommended this location for any electronic repairs. My wife's phone screen got broken and we wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible because she uses it for work. This location had her phone repaired in about 40 minutes start to finish I was absolutely shocked but in a positive way they were extremely fast. The work was top notch and it was extremely affordable. I'm overall very pleased and will continue to take my electronics to them if I have anymore unfortunate mishaps. I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I was desperate to get a repair for my laptop. My monitor stopped working right before the fall semester started. Of course! Timing right?! I took my laptop to another very large retail store that offers repairs. My repair was diagnosed but I was told it would take a month or longer, and my laptop would be shipped out to an outside service and I had to pay for the shipping. Well, I went to pick up my laptop and started calling around. I called Sutton and he told me he would check it out that day. Needless to say my laptop was diagnosed and fixed in about a week. Sutton was even fine with me wanting to keep my laptop until the part came in. The part came in in just a few days and Sutton fixed it and I picked it up the very next day. It was such a nice experience because I hate dealing with tech problems, I just wanted it to work! It's been a few weeks since the repair and my laptop still works great! read more

Went there because my phone wasn't turning on but the LED charging station at my office said the phone was fully charged. There was literally one person working there and one person came in to get a shock resistant case put on his phone. The employee took the phone to the back and idk what happened or what the employee was doing but it took him 15 minutes to install a snap on shock resistant case! A 5 year old can do that in less then 5 min! Then when I came up I told the employee what was happening with my phone. And without looking at it he just said "oh you need a new screen" and quickly started looking up estimates. Are you serious!?! Didn't even bother looking at my phone and he magically diagnosed the problem? I that was kinda fishy. He tried to get me to buy a new screen at an estimated $200. I said no and took it somewhere else. Turned out the connection to the battery to the phone's motherboard was loose. Saved me $200. Worst place to send your phone. read more
